After we arrived out waitress Mariah (brunette woman with southern accent) came up to us with her mouth full of food and asked if what we wanted to drink (she did not introduce herself). We asked if we wanted to order food, do we go through her or sit in the restaurant area, she insisted on us staying in the paint nite room. We then asked if she had any menus and she said "yeah, probably in the back of the room, just grab one". This was our first time at this restaurant and had no idea where anything was. She then brought our drinks and took our order. When our food came out we had no plates or silverware, nor did she check in with us to see if it was good or if we needed anything. More people started showing up and she went around to get everyone a drink. She didn't check back with us unail I flagged her down for another round of drinks an hour later. We had to clear our own plates even. Then a woman accidentally broke a glass and two people at different times alerted the waitress about it and she never picked it up. What if someone sliced their foot open, then what? Everyone around us was having issues with her including our painting instructor, who had to leave to find her in the middle of the lesson to get more water for our brushes. He had already asked twice with no results. Then at the end of the two hours she was standing the doorway just staring at the people, not clearing glasses or plates or even checking on people. The restaurant was not busy at all for this kind of service. I have been in the business for 15 years and this is the first review I have ever done. I can't believe how lazy and rude she was. She didn't even crack a smile or say thank you for coming the entire time. Another thing was she was wearing winter boots with furr with her uniform, isn't she required to wear nonslip shoes for safety? If this is the standard for this establishment then I can see them being closed real soon. Maybe that's why business on a Friday night was poor. Paint night was fun and there was 40 people who came. Each person ate and drank. My friends and I would have stayed for more if she wasn't...
Read moreFood is not good here. Ordered the boneless wings, ate 2 and had to send them back. They tasted just awful and had some weird gritty sauce on them. Bartenders response was "yeah we've been having some problems with those lately." Ordered the grill cheese next and to the bartender's credit, she removed the wings from my tab. However, she didn't seem to know the grilled cheese on the menu well and when it came out, apologized that it had tomatoes and bacon on it (which I understood from reading the menu). The grilled cheese looked a little sad so I happened to open it. There was literally one individually wrapped piece of Kraft cheese inside that was kind of melted. Didn't mention it to the bartender this time when she asked how it was. Perhaps the kitchen staff was pissed for sending the wings back but it was baaaaaad. Won't...
Read moreNever have been here before but will never go back. Got to the sports bar with a friend and asked for a table for as many as 8 people as we still had more that may be stopping by. We were seated by the host no problem, but when the waitress came over and asked if there were more people coming we said Yes, maybe 4-6 more at the most. She sighed loudly and turned to the host and said "Thanks a lot for this one" She then claimed she had no idea whether certain drinks were available, when the rest of our party arrived 5 minutes later she took their orders and complained about how many trips she might have to make because the group was "So large" (mind you the bar was right next to our table). Absurd customer service, and nasty dark establishment. Not worth trying, head over to Clives down the road. Much...
