Bridal Accents Couture was the first and only bridal shop I went to for my wedding dress search. If you are looking for an elegant, comfortable, and relaxed wedding dress shopping experience, then this is the place to go.

This bridal salon is beyond gorgeous with beautifully plush carpet, designer gowns displayed on mannequins that make your jaw drop, and a modeling area with soft natural lighting and massive angled mirrors so you can see every possible angle of your perfect dress.

One thing I especially appreciated was how calm the salon was. I was the only bride in the salon with one or two popping in and out throughout my time there. Not only did this help to keep me calm, but it also made me feel so special.

My consultant was Alexa, and she was an absolute gem. Not only did she do an amazing job listening to my wishes, but she also managed to keep me calm, cool, and focused when my entourage got a little overbearing (p.s. that's not something that only happens on 'Say Yes to the Dress')!

If something wasn't looking quite right to me, or I had a question about a certain detail of the dress, Alexa and the BAC team had the perfect solution right away. My dress had 3 different color options, and I wanted to try a different color on, just to be sure. They didn't have that color available off the rack, so they called their supplier and had the other dress shipped into their shop. And it shipped in so quickly! Yes, you read that right. They legitimately ordered a full-blown wedding dress into the shop for me, free of charge, just so I could be certain of the color of my dress! How generous is that!? They will do anything and everything to make your dream dress come true, that part became very clear!

I also went back twice for accessories appointments to look at veils and hair pieces, and Alexa was so helpful with this as well. She actively listened to what I envisioned for a veil, pulled beautiful veils that she thought best matched my vision, and provided super helpful feedback regarding the look and coordination of the different veils with my dress.

I had such an amazing experience at Bridal Accents Couture, and I would HIGHLY recommend this bridal shop and my consultant Alexa to every bride looking for a fun and elegant bridal shopping experience!

This is the place to get your wedding dress. I had checked out several bridal shops before I came to Bridal Accents Couture (where I found THE DRESS) - I had something very specific in mind and knew exactly what I was looking for, but at the other shops I visited, the attendant brought out the opposite style of what I was looking for. I also felt a lot of pressure to make a quick decision and choose a dress that wasn't quite perfect. I was starting to lose hope that I would find what I was looking for, and afraid I was going to have to settle for something that only slightly met my expectations. I then booked a last minute appointment online for Bridal Accents Couture and went with my mom and sister. We met Michelle at the front desk who checked us in and asked me about the kind of dress I envisioned. I told her exactly what I was looking for, and immediately she brought out THE DRESS, and we all knew that was going to be the one. I also tried on several BEAUTIFUL dresses - I visited a lot of bridal shops, and there are a lot of ugly dresses out there - but if you really care about how you look that day and finding the "right" dress, this shop has the dress for you, whatever the style. Michelle instinctively knew of the perfect dress after I described it, and I didn't have to say anything more. She was SO HELPFUL, so patient, and so friendly. I said YES to the dress, and Michelle brought out some celebratory champagne and took our picture. She brought out a veil so I could see what it looked like with the dress, we compared color options, and she even brought out a bridesmaid dress in my wedding color to see what it would look like next to the dress. She is a true professional and so very nice! I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated her and how much I love this bridal shop. Bridal Accents Couture is also very spacious and comfortable, and the changing rooms are big and open with ample seating. Other shops I visited felt cramped and cold. After we took measurements, discussed sizing, and placed the order, Michelle gave me a beautiful tote bag with a bottle of champagne. I had the absolute worst experience here. It was honestly pretty laughable. The consultant who "helped" me couldn't have seemed to care less about her job or myself. Upon arriving at my appointment I was told that their gowns actually start at $2000 and not $1200 like their website states. Um why do you even have that listed then? The experience continued to go downhill from there. She took me to one tiny section and told me to look there.That was all the guidance I received. She didn't help me find ANY dresses at all. Needless to say the selection was terrible. While I was looking at dresses the consultant was on her phone. I picked a few gowns to try on. She took me to the room and told me that their policy is to have brides try on dresses by themselves. She pointed to a box of clips and said I can help myself. LOL! Is this the "full service" experience that is stated on the shop's website? There wasn't even one second during my appointment where I received an experience of having "friendly, attentive consultants work personally with each bride to find the perfect dress". I simply decided to talk out at that moment. I should also mention that I heard an older sales woman talk negatively about two other guests who "simply wanted to look". She also implied that they couldn't shop there or afford the prices so she redirected them elsewhere. I've been to several shops in the Twin Cities and this shop is hands down the absolute worst. The staff don't even care to help, will immediately judge customers, and falsely advertise. I don't understand how this store can be an "award winning full-service wedding boutique". The only awards they must be winning is "Best Referral To Other Bridal Shops" because that's what they're doing with their terrible service.
