Honestly, I’m quite disappointed for the past few weeks on this subway and I don’t normally make reviews at all but tonight I decided to make a review. I went to go to this subway to have my regular foot long as I usually do and I’m a regular customer that comes quite frequently. I ride a electric scooter there because this subway is close to my home but that’s not the point. The point is one day last week or so, I come in with my electric scooter (As Usual and nobody seems to have a problem with it and I don’t ride it inside because first off, there’s nowhere to park my scooter outside the subway.) This guy with big fluffy hair in the back who seems to be a new face to me told me to park my scooter out there out of nowhere and I got surprised because I normally come around and no one who worked there complained about it and they know I don’t ride inside so I don’t know his name because I don’t pay attention to his name tag or he probably didn’t wear one.) I was shocked, and especially tonight, I was starving from a long day and I wanted to get my sandwich and when I arrive there THE PLACE WAS CLOSED??? 20 MINUTES EARLY?? I sped down there just to see the same GUY looking at me on the other side to tap his wrist indicating that it’s time to close but couldn’t even take like 5 minutes to make a sandwich. I’m quite disappointed into this Subway and there was never problems here and I loved it, but now I don’t even feel like coming anymore because of this GUY who thinks it’s okay to call me out in front of everyone for having my electric scooter inside when it seemed to be okay and also shutting down the place early when the website said “closing soon”. Don’t get me wrong tho, it’s not a one star but a 2 star because I love the food that’s always served but it’s a really low review for this new guy I’ve never seen before changing my experience at this subway. Read moreUpsetting experience, my husband and I stopped in to get a sandwich for myself and my son. When my husband and I approached the counter the fellow behind the counter said just a minute, we said no problem take your time “we could see he was getting a order ready for Uber eats” we waited, patiently chatted amongst each other. After about 10 mins I started to Oder my sandwich with rotisserie chicken and bacon, I asked if the employee could cook the bacon separately and not on the sandwich because I’d like my bacon a little bit crispier would that be possible? The guy making the sandwich threw the bacon off the sandwich and said slightly under his breath “I don’t need you coming in here telling me how to make a sandwich” I said pardon? He repeated I don’t need you coming in here telling me how to do my job! My husband was standing by the fountain drinks and came over to me and asked what the guy had said! I don’t want to make a fuss so I said I’m not sure no big deal, my husband could see that I was a little shaken and proceeded to ask the guy what did you say to my wife, the guy had no problem repeating, but this time swore and said I don’t need her coming in here telling me how to do my damn job I know how to make an F-ing sandwich. At this point the other employee that was there came out never said a word, and completely ignored us like he didn’t hear anything that was going on. My husband told the guy making my sandwich to go to hell and we left and we went to a different subway today. We tried calling that location to speak with a manager, unfortunately they keep their phone on fax so when you call all it does is beep in your ear. Very disappointing shaky...
Read moreI tried to order online and it said my payment didn't go through but it showed it went through on my online bank account. I went into the store and they told me it never showed up on their computer. I asked what I should do and the guy working told me he wasn't an IT guy and turned around and he and the other worker started making the other online orders ignoring me. After quite a few minutes I asked if I could order my food again, and pay in cash, and if it didn't come off of my bank account if they could reimburse me. He said I'd have to deal with it myself and my bank. I said, "Ok, can you please make my food, I've been here for 23 minutes now." He then told me in a very sarcastic voice "Well I've been here for HOURS." I said, "That's your answer to me?"He nodded and I left without any food.
