I've had poor service here before but tonight was just horrible. I don't see a reason to go back unless maybe for takeout.

Waited a good 15 minutes to even order drinks, took about 20 minutes before they came then he forgot mine. Refilled my water and other drinks after we finally lined them up. Had to go track someone else down to get more chips, they brought one extra basket for the 7 of us. When ordering the waiter kept correcting my friend and said next time you should just use numbers saying two tacos is too confusing! Had three kids with us, generally in that situation you bring the kids food first. After an hour on a slow Friday night we got all of the meals except for one of the kids meals. Waited another five to ten minutes for that. Rice and beans were cold and my chimichanga was average. Asked for a To-go box, they never brought it. My wife had to remind the waiter about her sangria ten minutes after ordering it. Finally our friends told the manger the issues but although they seemed apologetic they didn't do anything, waiter never got better and was kind of rude when splitting the check. We were divided one family on each side of the table, it's not rocket science and because he was so slow we never had a chance to order more drinks. They did comp the $4 kids meal and the cashier went out of her way to point that out. Food was good but not great and the server should find a new profession. I waited tables for years when I was younger and I'm sorry on a slow Friday night (the place was half empty at 6:30 to 7:45pm) he should have done better. I felt bad for our friends who brought us there, they were embarrassed. Management should make some changes here, focus more on service or people...

Unfortunately this location has really declined. On our most recent visit, the service was very poor. The server on multiple occasions would drop something off and then run off without saying a thing, leaving us to wonder if or when he would return so we could order or request things like silverware. One of our meals was wrong and when we told him, he tried his best to convince us to just eat it instead of the correct item. Our daughter got a cheeseburger kids meal, and when she asked for ketchup, he walked away for 5 minutes. Then suddenly we saw him run across the parking lot to the restaurant next door. He returned a few minutes later with packets of ketchup. By this time, the rest of our meals were cold while we waited for her to be able to eat. When we received the bill, the incorrect item was still on there. It took 2 attempts, 15 minutes, and most of the staff in the restaurant to make the simple adjustment.

The credit card surcharge (which is disclosed) is what really sealed it for us to never return. Merchant fees are a cost of doing business for a restaurant, and if you're not able to cover those costs, it's not a good look or a good sign for the future of...

I have been going to this place for years. About 2 weeks ago i order some food to go. Im sitting at the end bar so i can see whete they package togo orders. I watch one of the servers open my food,stick her fingers in my food and starting eati.g meat off my tacos. She then closed the container and bagged it up to give to me. She handed the food to another server to give to me. I told the server what I saw just happen and i didnt want the food. She tells a very rude manager what happens and the manager approached me and asked if i wanted the food remade. I said yes. The manager then goes back and calls me dumb in spanish to the cook. At this point i alert them that i dont want the food but would like a refund. The manager got really upset and walked off. It took her 10 mins to do the refund. I told her that they had wasted enough of my time and i demanded a refund now. Shes now giving me a refund and i said you didnt even apologize for any of this. She states i apologized by offering to remake your food. I said tgats not an apology for something tgat should bever happen. She slammed my refund on the counter and said leave. I will not be visiting this...
