I'm not sure if there is a new manager or what is different at the Blairsville location, but I will continue to go to this location vs the Indiana store. The employees are always so friendly, the manager is never far away...always right there to help out with orders. I do (sad to say) go to Dunkin quite frequently....so I can say without a doubt I have noticed a big difference. There hasn't been 1 time that they didn't have the type of donuts I was looking for (vs Indiana store who never has 1 kind I'm looking to get)when I do get my order the donuts have the perfect amount of frosting (not just a dab like other locations) and the donuts are so soft and fresh! My drinks are perfect(and I'm picky and exact) they add exactly what I ask for as far as add ons in drinks. We order all types of extras like hash browns and bacon and they are cooked pwrfectly....every time!!The employees are sooo friendly, always smiling...never standing around with their hands in their pockets (like I see almost everywhere I go these days). It is a pleasure to go to this location and be treated so well. Kudos to Blairsville Dunkin.......

The first time I ordered a frosted donut and an iced coffee through the drive through. I didnt realize until I got home that I had received the wrong donut. Not great, but honestly, it wasn't a huge deal.
Today my order was taken and fulfilled properly but the girl at the window was disrespectful. She wore her face mask around her neck, tried multiple times to get me to remove my face mask, informed me that when she's not at work she pretends to have asthma in order to not wear one in public, and lectured me about how "masks make people sicker" and "they weaken your immune system". Not only was this just bad customer service in general, but refusing to wear a mask in a public place (especially in a food service setting) is a major public health violation AND is currently not permissible due to PA Gov. Wolf's mask mandate. I will NOT be...
Read moreWent into the Blairsville Pa Dunkin on 2/24 between 130pm and 2 pm. A couple cars in the drive thru no one inside at the time, but me. A gentleman came in just before I left. When I walked in, I looked at the selection and decided what I wanted. I walked to the register, a young man was puttering around the counter. He gave no greeting or smile, a young woman with a headset on walked to the counter looked at me, no greeting or smile, another young woman walked past, looked at me, no greeting or smile. If one of those employees had smiled and said, " be with you in a minute, I would have stayed, but I prefer better customer service, so I left. Look at your cameras, I'm the older lady in the purple coat. I worked in retail for over 20 years. If my employees had behaved this way, for sure, they would have...
