I had been treated very bad , I’m very sad and frustrated . It was my worst day and experiment ever in my life . I went to McDonald's to get a strawberry milkshake, and I ended up being disrespected, treated rudely, and they called the police me . All of this is because I told them how long I had to wait to be able to get a strawberry milkshake. » because it was early morning and the machine wasn’t ready yet » She said, "I don't know," and I told her to ask somebody who knows. And she said no body knows except her, because she do that every day , i told her if you do that every day then you able to know when does the machine ready for working, and what is the approximate time? She said, “I don’t know.” And i will not ask, . I told her It’s okay. Can i talk to another person please ? she said:no i’m the manager and no body will talk to you !!!, , i was surprised and very frustrated and sad , i told her i will not go till i get my milkshake or tell me when i can get it and i will see if i can wait or come another time .” .” She said, “Go, you get nothing to day have a good day or will call the police.” Then i left the drive-thru and went to them. Her colleague opened the window for me . She came to her quickly. And she said for her colleague « We give him nothing today « and they closed the windows. I tried to talk to the staff. They all were ignoring me. And There was a man « one of the staff « who seems to be calling the police and looks at me to check my appearance and the shape and type of my car. I tried to talk to them about my order. They didn’t want to talk to me, and they treated me with racism and called the police for me like i were i criminal or dangerous to them only because I want to start my day with my favorite drink « strawberry milkshake . . . Read moreThe experience with the McDonald's manager was extremely disappointing. The manager seemed uninterested and disengaged, showing little regard for customer concerns. When I pointed out an issue with my order, instead of addressing it promptly, they seemed irritated and dismissive. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service was evident, making the entire experience unpleasant.
12:01am we order. . after waiting for 45 minutes for our order we still haven’t had our complete order we pulled around to ask for it fresh When we approached the manager to correct the issue, she proceeded to take our food back, saying she wouldn’t remake it or provide a refund. We were left with nothing, despite having paid hard-earned money for a meal that was never delivered as promised.
Her response was completely unprofessional and showed no regard for customer satisfaction. Not only did we waste 45 minutes waiting, but we were also left hungry and out of pocket. It’s incredibly frustrating when a manager acts with such disregard for both the customers and their team, showing no accountability for the service or the food provided.
To make matters worse, the manager wouldn’t provide her name and escalated the situation by calling the police on us. We were simply trying to get what we had paid for and be treated with basic respect as customers. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from someone in a manager position.
Overall, the poor attitude and lack of accountability from the manager made my visit far worse than it should have been. It’s frustrating to see someone in a leadership position fail to provide a positive and efficient environment for both customers and staff.

Don't know what's been with the last 5 years of fast food restaurants but never had a problem eating out before and I don't know how many times now I've had issues with food , making me/ family upset or sick because the nuggets ain't cooked all the way properly ,fries are pulled way too soon under fried .the employees do not know how to communicate or greet to people at drive thru window and they just stand there and wait till your food is done and then hand it to you and you might say bye. I worked for yum brands and number one thing was greeting the people, open that window and greet them say hi be personable. all these kids nowadays they think they just go and get a check but that's not how it works and if you can't handle the industry then get out of the industry cuz it's very fast pace and customer oriented. You don't make money if you don't keep the customers happy right.
