Placed an online order tonight. Said our pizza would be ready at 645 PM (20 min after the order was placed.) Just went in at 645 to pick up my order and was told that due to prank calls and no one coming to pick up their orders the previous days, that they hadn't been making online orders until the customer came in to pay for them and was told I needed to wait an additional 15 minutes while they made my order. Could have said something about this online and I would have came in and paid for my order so I could have it in a timely manner. Not happy and will just place an order through dominoes or one of the many, much more convenient pizza places in town that dont punish everyone for a few...

We ordered a highly customized chicken garlic which included extra sauce. The pizza we recieved had ZERO sauce on it. I called the store to see if I can have my pizza refunded as live 1hr away and going back for a replacement isnt possible. the disappoinmt for my family and wife was very significant, and the pizza wasnt cheap. I was told a manager would reach out..... nearly a full week later I FINALLY hear back from the manager. He offers us $5 off the next pizza.... Thanks, but no thanks.
