Anna's House - Byron Center — Restaurant in Byron Township

This was the first week for the place, so I hope it improves. The waitress was good, but the food wasn't. We waited about an hour after we ordered. My daughter's stuffed lemon poppy seed crepes were not good. Little lemon flavor and overwhelmed by the gobs of cream cheese filling. The French toast was delicious, but the eggs were a little over done, the hash browns weren't crisp. My wife's waffle wasn't any better than at a hotel breakfast.

The manager has since sent a gift card to entice me to try it again. It seems they have fixed some things. The coffee was originally terrible, but is now fine. The cinnamon roll is nice, but not great... lots of frosting. The eggs Benedict was pretty good, especially with the sweet potato fries. The service was once again great, and Jenni provided it. The kids enjoyed splitting the big breakfast and liked the pancakes, eggs, and sausage.

I came here for breakfast with my parents, and we had a fantastic experience! The staff was wonderful, and we were seated quickly. Our coffee and water arrived almost immediately. The cinnamon roll is massive and so delicious—perfect for sharing!

The breakfast was amazing, with crispy bacon and some of the best lattes I've had. We started with the monkey bread, and wow, what a tasty, sugary treat! If you have a sweet tooth, this is definitely the way to go. My friend had the farmer’s skillet, and I enjoyed the southwest wrap; both dishes were packed with flavor. I also added some extra jalapeño mayo, and it was super unique and tasty. Second time placing a take out order at the Byron center location. They usher you to the back of the restaurant where you wait for the waitstaff to acknowledge you, which they don’t. Today, I had to go back to the hostess and ask if she could get my order… while I was asking her another waitress overheard my conversation which she then rolled her eyes at me… like how dare I say that the waitstaff isn’t helping me! Very bizarre reaction. Instead of apologizing, she rolled her eyes. Again, the other wait staff pretend they don’t see you awkwardly standing at a breakfast bar hoping to catch their eye to simply get your order. Horrible service.
