Arby's — Restaurant in Cañon City

What kind of Arby's doesn't have mustard? I realize this store is new but it appears they have some work to do. The woman who waited on my husband said they didn't have mustard so all I got was one little container of honey mustard to put on my roast beef sandwich. Then when the food comes out instead of sticking it in a bag to go like she should have, she put it on a tray and took it out to a couple that were waiting for their food. The man brought the food back up to the counter because it wasn't his and they bagged it Except for the sandwiches which they replaced. It takes 10 minutes for a restaurant with 6+ employees to make 2 sandwiches. It was very disappointing. The place was almost empty. When I got to the table and saw the ham on my sandwich I thought it was wrong and took the sandwich back to the empty counter and asked if it was regular for a $10 sandwich to have a tiny bit of ham and she assured me that it was the correct amount and they will make me a new one. We just finished our to go meal and it was terrible! The regular crinkle cut fries smelled like fish and were cold! The Classic beef and cheddar was doused in Arby’s sauce and messy also not hot! The Rueben Sandwich was soggy with very little sauerkraut. No napkins or straws! We also waited in the line too long!
