Best gluten free donuts ever! Yes I said gluten free! Sally’s is amazing! I had not had donuts in years and years and they assured me that they were meticulously careful with prep and baking to keep gfree separate from gluteny processes. The flavor and texture are just heavenly! Especially for those who rarely get gluten free treats. And my husband and kids can eat gluteny items and say their other pastries are also out of this world delicious! Now Sally’s isn’t open all the time and I kept missing out on my donuts, but I finally made it in and they had specifically saved some for me! They’re the best little bakery! Every time we go, people are nice (especially the high-school kids) food is excellent and we are never disappointed. We've gone there anticipating what they have promoted for the day, and even when those are out, we still leave with exceptionally delicious treats. Everything is light and fluffy, nothing too rich. Top things we love: ricotta rolls, cinnamon toast muffin, cream puffs, eclairs and tarts. I mean, every single thing we have tried has been wonderful! Thrilled does not even begin to describe our reaction to this pile of delicious treats. I will dream of their lemon bars until I can get another. This is excellent quality, artisanal baking at its finest. Perched on the sweetest little corner across from the library, they are a treasure worth seeking out.
