The Starbucks employees at this location need to be trained in customer service skills. We walked in and there wasnât a line, drive through was very light and the Brinks employee was there as they were settling the one cash register. There were at least four emoyees, one working the drive through and one filling muffins. Not one person said hello or welcome, the girls behind the counter who had nothing to do, said nothing. We were standing there gathering our order together for at least three minutes and still, no one said hello, will be right with you, nothing. I looked around at the girls standing behind the counter waiting for drive through orders and still nothing was said to us. After a few more minutes, I finally asked if one of the girls could take our order at the drive-through register, and they all looked at each other like they had no idea what to say or what to do and finally said they were for car orders, coming through the drive-through, which at that point there was only one. They all went their way as if this was an inappropriate answer and left us waiting. Not sure who the manager was as the professionalism in this facility is lacking, and in desperate need of customer service skills. We left and went over to Dunkinâ Donuts where we were greeted and...
Read moreI'm becoming very disgusted with how phoney SB employees are. Starbucks has turned into a california valley girl coffee shop. You place an order and they respond with, "PUUURRFEEEECTTT" giggle giggle they literally behave as if they have been chosen as the next contestant on the price is right. The men even talk that way. A simple, "Thank you, have a good day" means a lot more than this overexcited "AWWWWWESUUUUM NOOO PROBLUUUUMMMMMMMM!" Not only is this fake and annoying they want tips for it! They send an annoying card reader out the window that they can't even hold still long enough for you to insert your card. They are busy pressing buttons on the register or their headset with their free hand that you literally have to chase the card reader around your window while buckled in a seatbelt because their whole body is dancing around behind the window. The food is always soggy, bacons never crisp like the image shows and if you ask for crispy bacon they just ignore you. Soggy rubbery bacon is all you get. These employees are paid to make food and drinks, I am not tipping. We don't tip at McDonalds so why are we asked to tip here? Until they carry the food to my car and then take my trash they will not be...
Read moreTerrible! Went at an off time, just after 4 pm thinking it wouldn't be busy. After repeating my order multiple times I sat in a line of 4 cars for over 10 minutes. Once I got to the window I had to sit and wait for the girl at the window to acknowledge me. She was having a conversation with another girl, I assume the supervisor, who was telling her how she needs to keep the line moving. Yet she was holding up the cashier and holding up the line. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frap. What I got was a frap with no carmel in it. It tasted like blended cream and melted ice. The whipped cream even looked flat. No "crunch" that makes it a carmel ribbon crunch. I wasn't going to try to go back to correct it or get a refund since it took so long. Save yourself your money and time. There are other local coffee shops who will make you a much better drink with fast and...
