China House — Restaurant in Caldwell

I Ordered $75 worth of food, she did not ask for house number, I assumed that they had my contract info because they have been here many many times before. After 20 minutes I received a call asking what house number, and then proceeded to tell me that the driver is new and that I should come to the main office to get my order. I said no, and told her where he should deliver to, that I'm not coming to the main office to pickup. She told me that this is not her concern that I should come to the main office... she was rude and I will order from another business...

Very grateful for this place. So glad I spent the extra couple minutes to compare menus/reviews and landed here rather than the other closer options. The food was fresh, hot, tasty and it was prepared quickly. Friendly service but have some patience and grace as English is not their first language.

They have really declined and the women up front is the absolute worst in regards to customer service. I never complain but when I spent 20 buck today on egg foo young, burnt egg roll, and drinks. absolutely no favor,and full of grease I decided to let them know. She got defensive and literally said that it's not supposed to have flavor. What???lady..if you have to add salt to msg ridden food that's a hug problem. I will never return.
