Place is average at best. Has huge portions but the food doesn't really have flavor. Just tastes like any joe schmo pit some meat unseasoned on a grill and they give you sauce bc they know it has no flavor. I can grill meat and buy bbq sauce at the supermarket too. Chicken was prob the best cooked but still no flavor but Def wasn't dry which is a plus. Pork ribs were too chewy and Def not fall of the bone. No flavor so you have to dip in bbq sauce if you want bbq flavor but the sauce is a lil too much Beef ribs were also too chewy and no flavor. Very cheap quality beef ribs w too much chewy fat. Both the beef and pork ribs were low quality meats. Pork ribs should fall off the bone and beef ribs should have flavor like korean bbq in my opinion. You shouldn't have to struggle to bite it off the bone bc it's too rough and chewy/rubbery. The wings were flavorful but are those super tiny wings that seem like they were made for the Keebler elves. The meat on 4 of these wings is equal to one at buff wild wings or hooter so don even bother. At the price for wings you should get a lot more bc of the size. Also in this area it seems a lot of ppl have a hard time putting everything in the order ie. Utensils/napkins/sauces. I asked the delivery guy if there was Bleu cheese and he said yeah everything's in there. TOTAL LIE. no bleu cheese, no napkins, no utensils. Went there for lunch. I had a salad and my bf had a burger. He mentioned to me that his burger was too salty. He rarely complains about his food so I tasted it to verify. The burger tasted like ocean water. It was far too salty to consume. I could hear and feel the crunch of rock salt in every chew. After only a couple bites, bf returned the burger. Though the lady (who seemed to be the owner or manager?) was very accommodating and replaced the burger immediately, she openly suggested that my BF had added salt to the burger on his own and was lying about the food. Then she said that everyone in the kitchen tasted the burger and said it was ok. This, of course, was extremely insulting. We never asked for or even suggested that we wanted a free meal or a discount. We paid for both meals in full. So, I'm not sure what she thinks would be our motivation to lie about the meal???? The service was the slowest I had ever seen in any restaurant in my life. When I was there their was only 3 tables with people my table included and it took the waiter 20 minutes just to come to our table and my table had the largest amount of people. The food took forever to get to our table. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Even worst it took an hour and 30 minutes for them to create low quality food. My family and friend that went there arrive at that restaurant at 7 pm and the serivice was so slow that we ended up leaving at 10:30pm.
