Obviously if you aren’t “all American” you get treated differently here. This woman working at the registered rolled her eyes at me and sucked her teeth while giving my change because the person next to me didn’t realize she was handing change to him. I️ said thank you and she disregarded every way I️ said. Well , that was the first and last time I️ give this place my business. Just a friendly reminder we are in 2017 , and this country, let alone this state, is full of people from europe, India , Colombia etc. Maybe you should treat people with a little more respect. I️ would have given this place no stars if it were possible. And the coffee sucked just as much as your attitude did. I️ would be ashamed if I️ ever had a customer at my shop complain about any form of disrespect. People are PAYING for your product which puts a roof over your head and a bed to lay on. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now since it’s close to home. First time I went I loved the smoked salmon sandwich & coffee and was excited to come here often. Ever since that first visit quality has gone down. Paid $20 today for a coffee & sandwich — the smoked salmon sandwich was comparable to McDonalds quality. The tomato was so pale it didn’t even seem real, the salmon was honestly disgusting.. never seen/tasted anything like it.. it was almost grayish in color and rubbery in texture. I wound up throwing it away because it didn’t even feel safe to eat. The girls at the front are all high school age so I don’t expect the best service, but they all look miserable and have an attitude every time. The atmosphere is cool, but food and service is not good. Really hope they can make...

Unfortunately, after staying away for about 5 years due to my less than stellar last experience, I decided to try them again. The last time there, I ordered some small lattes for wife and I, which were watery, and over extracted. Milk was not frothed properly.. So this time, I ordered 3 flatwhites small, I asked for less milk so it would be closer to 6oz.. but unfortunately they still have not been able to dial in there espresso, still over extracted and burnt, milk had no foam and was not homonigized with foam.. this is my last visit, and figured I would share. I expect more from a place dedicated to serving coffee..baristas need to be trained properly and understand how to tune the grinder and machine to get there coffee in a proper window..and learn how to make the drinks they...
