Very sad to say but we will not be returning. We work hard for our money like everyone else and we definitely got ripped off. We went into applebees dine in today and had a party of 5. Us adults ordered the all you can eat for $14.99. Two adults were on the same bill and another adult on a separate bill. My husbands riblets were cold and returned back 3 times before they gave it to him semi hot. When getting the bill it was $91 which was not right at all. We also had 2 kids meals . We got told that their appetizers were half off because we dined in during happy hour. Our 2 appetizers were the regular $9.99 a piece for what we ordered so definitely didnt get half off. Brought it to the managers attention and she removed my husband's $14.99 all you can eat riblets due to being cold and it brought the bill down to $78 or so. The other adult that was with us still had his food on our bill that didnt get taken off or fixed and they still proceeded to give the other adult his bill that was $20 and some change and we ended up having to pay for the other adults food while he had a separate bill. They never fixed the appetizers either that were supposed to be HALF off during HAPPY hour so we had to pay full price for those before leaving as well. If they were going to be full price we wouldnt have ordered two on top of our food seeing the appetizers alone would have been $20 at normal price. We got over charged, cold food, and we just feel like we got ripped off. I understand mistakes happen but when we tried explaining the honest mistakes on their end they tried to justify why the price wasnt changing.
Just wont be returning. It was very chaotic and it should have been fixed properly the first time and after explaining our bill was still messed up and ended up having to OVER...
Read moreDo they actually follow any standards here? When I go out to eat I expect to get good freshly cooked.. and cooked properly food. I expect the staff to be attentive. We ordered spinach dip and it was brought out with crusty burnt edges... a sign of being warmed up in a microwave, the chips were stale. I ordered the blackberry ice tea which had no flavor and no lemon and hardly any ice.... I did ask to have that replaced with a pop which was done quickly. Our French onion soup came out seconds after we ordered... the cheese was melted on top but not carmelized at all... that was sent back, they made another for us....the manager dropped it off at our table and pretty much ran away while asking "is this brown enough for you?" the cheese still not really carmelized but some brown on top so we ate it anyway...annoyed though. My steak entree was cooked okay. My husband said they over cooked his burger and the fries were not fresh, they like the chips seemed stale.
We would not come back here to sit downand eat, it seems like they are trying to cook everything so fast that quality is put on the backburner. When I go somewhere for dinner I am not in a hurry... so take your time and cook my food correctly! Servers should be able to judge if haste is needed (usually during lunch hours) I'm very disappointed in this experience, I know it's not the greatest restaurant in the world but I'm still paying money and should get what I pay for. This establishment should not take advantage of the fact that there are not very many eateries in the area... we gave you a chance and you blew it, we will not be returning as we can tell no one cares here.

Read moreI have never been to a more disappointing Applebee's before. We arrived and waited by the front door for about 5 minutes because there was nobody there to greet us. We were about to walk out after having had no service, when a distressed employee came over and asked us how many we had in our party (she was being a hostess and a waitress at the same time) I said 2, and she seated us. The floors all over the restaurant were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been swept for days. Our table was sticky. We hadn't seen a waitress/waiter for about 5 minutes after we sat down. She took our orders of drinks and appetizers. Waiting patiently for our food, we noticed another waitress cleaning the table next to us, wiping all of the wrappers and crumbs onto the floor (no wonder the floors were so dirty). We received our appetizers about 20 minutes after we were seated. After biting into my beer pretzels & dip, I noticed that something was off. The pretzel was very chewy. I looked and the "pretzel" was still dough. Calling the waitress over, she then got the manager for me. About 7 minutes later, the manager came over, saw my pretzels and asked me if I wanted different ones. Watching around me, the wait staff all seemed to be very stressed, I watched as people almost collided into each other after every time someone came out of the kitchen.
