I ordered from this location yesterday, I am actually very happy I decided to make a in-store order as well as my online order. The new GM made a point to ask me about my experience here as she was cashing out my in-store order. She was very welcoming and genuinly interested in my experience. She did ask about another location, one I do not frequent unless I am door dashing, as she was brought to this location from the one she asked about. My ONLY complaint, one she has no control over, is the lack of personal interaction due to being able to order at a kiosk.
I have never, in michigan, had such a genuine inquiry about my experience anywhere as I had with this obviously very caring woman. I can only imagine she will make this store one of the best it can be I only hope the employees she is in charge of will share in her dedication. These days, people work for money rather than caring about what they do which is why there is such poor customer service. Too often the phrase "i get paid by the hour" leads to a lack of attention to the quality...
Read moreWent there last night just after 1 am on our way home from a concert. We were hungry and a long way from home. When the manager handed us our food I said we also had a cravings box, which he replied all the items were in the bag. I found that strange because they usually come in their own box. But I went with what he said. After looking in the bag we realize there was no cravings box items and we were shorted a chips and cheese. Being that we had not pulled completely away and there was no one behind us I backed to the window and gently knocked. The manager looked at me and went right back to talking and laughing with the female employee there. He knew my order was wrong and ignored me until I left. Being that we were still hours from home and it was late I drove away. Thankfully my wife and kid got what they ordered but I had to finish my 2 hour midnight drive with no food because this Taco Bell did not want to take care of their customer. It's sad that even being polite and respectful you still get poor customer service and...
Read moreI’ve always had pretty adequate experiences at this Taco Bell, but I kinda draw the line at literally STEALING MY CARD INFO. Three employees there tonight: male mid 20s, thin, blond, longer wavy hair; two mid size women, ages 25-35, both brunette, looked like they could be sisters; one of the girls, named “Aya” is the general manager. Watched the guy and one of the girls take my card at the drive thru window, hand it to the guy instead of using the chip reader. I was then told to “pull ahead a little bit” with no clarification as to why. Kept watching them, as it was already suspicious. The guy then pulled out his phone and either wrote down, or took a picture of my card, then handed it back to the girl at the window, who only THEN used the chip reader and gave it back. Other girl was by the front counter watching the whole thing. Happened 7/18, 10:15pm. I’ve already notified my bank....
