Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Calhoun

Update: Because today we had an above and beyond moment so I wanted to add. We got salads for lunch and I needed a little more buffalo on mine. My husband used to be a GM and I guess when he went up to get my buffalo, he asked if they still do 3 tenders on the salads. The lady at the register came by our table a few minutes later with 2 extra tenders just to make sure we were satisfied. (We were not upset in any way about the salads, they were great as always, just needed more sauce for the chicken) She certainly didn't have to go out of the way to do that just to make sure we were happy. This would have never happened at the Zaxby's by our house whether we were truly upset over something or not. Just proves exactly why this one is worth the drive.

Food was good, at least, the food I got. I ordered 4 meals, a house salad, two #3s, and a Big Zax Snack. Got everything except for the Big Zax Snack. It was on the receipt, but not in the bag. I had trust that the staff would put it in the bag, which is why I didn’t look into it until I was almost home. A likely reason I didn’t get my food is that the staff seemed mad at each other, almost as if they had been arguing about something. The person taking my order was looking away while I was ordering, completely ignoring me at times (this was okay though, since they got my order correct; they got my order correctly, but they didn’t seem to be paying much attention). The people at the window apparently weren’t paying attention, as my food somehow didn’t end up in my hands. Please make sure that your staff pays attention more to the customers and less to each other, since they can’t seem to get...

Had a horrible experience with my food at this location. We ordered 2 entrees with drinks. One entree was perfect (4 fingers tongue torched) the second Southern TLC Sandwich combo was horrible. The chicken was dry small and barely warm. Seemed to be the last one left before new batch popped up. Fries matched, barely warm and underwhelming. Upon calling the manager, who apologized, his offer was for me to turn around from highway and drive back to return or offer 20% off at next meal. I was passing through the area and hit the highway so returning was not realistic. Offered to drop it off at another location (understanding they are franchises, but too show that the food was unacceptable.
