Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in California

This was unreal. Even with one person in front of us, and two people behind the counter it took us 10 min to get service. The first order of a milk shake we were told we couldn't have that flavor because it was frozen. Yep, ice cream was frozen. It took the employee 10 min to make the shake after we gave another flavor. Our second order of two sundaes looked bare because they had shut the fudge warmer off and it was hardening up and she had a hard time dishing it out. Absolutely rude people and horrible experience. Went to get ice cream with my six-year-old son. They made his ice cream first so he obviously pulled his mask down a little and began to eat it why they made my milkshake. We were six feet away from the employees and there were no other customers. Employee was extremely rude to my six-year-old told him to put his mask back on and stop eating...

Even as a European spoiled by Italian gelato, I must say Baskin Robbins tastes delicious. I got the brownie sundae, and the hot fudge on top and chocolate brownie on the bottom just melt together so nicely.
