Had really high hopes for this place. Went there shortly after they opened and cashier was so high I had to repeat my order twice. It's santa cruz and ice cream was ok so whatever and decided to bring my family at a later date. My kids liked the ice cream so I decided to order a cake for my 5 yo's birthday. Placed order online 5 or 6 days before needed and thought everything would be cool. Boy was I wrong. Went to pick up the cake and employee couldn't locate the order. They called the manager and said they could make one and it would be ready in 4-5 hours. Right when the guests were going to show up. I left my contact information and scrambled to get a replacement. I was hoping for rich, exploding flavors with a creamy homemade taste, but alas . . . I wasn't that impressed. My oreo was mostly vanilla ice cream with very little oreo, and the cookies and cream didnt seem to have much cookies and cream in it, and the flavor seemed weak.
