Yes I'm here again to celebrate turning 47 again!
I've always had nothing but excellent food and service here; Matt was great and went into great detail to explain each dish available; personally, Matt is one of the best employees I've encountered on my visits here and I hope he stays as he is not only incredibly well versed on any dish you inquire about, he also makes a perfect filthy Martini that exceeds the others I've had that I have reviewed. Add to that, he is quite hilarious and engaging with the customers which is always a plus.
Anyways, the food (see pics) speaks for itself; the Oysters (3 different types) were fresh & chilled perfectly; the crab was perfect, the Filet carpaccio was perfectly seasoned, sliced the right size and just so amazingly soft I'd literally eat that everyday if I could.
My scallops were cooked perfectly, which is actually quite hard to do as they are a delicate food.
The filet was perfect as usual (I've reviewed this place previously in 2023) and one of the main reasons I come here, as this restaurant is really the only place that I prefer a filet over my own cooking one at home.
The mushroom saute had a mix of seasonings that went well; the spinach and cheese dish was a nice break from the norm, definitely a comfort food and would be great with steak or chicken.
Matt was again so nice and brought out this amazing fig dessert that was a perfect palatable finish to such an amazing dinner with my amazing friend
Matt also brought me out my favorite, fresh berries with whip cream to celebrate my 47th birthday which I've been consistently celebrating for a few weeks now😁
Really, if you want amazing food and impeccable service by a staff that is very engaging and customer oriented, I cannot recommend this place enough; the filet alone is a reason to come here.
2023 review* Absolutely love being here; the filet is cooked perfectly & the dirty Martini’s are super dirty😋

Read moreWe walked in to check it out. Had heard good things. The host was inviting and generally seemed to care that we were there.
Decided to sit at the bar just for a drink and a small bite. We approached and asked if we would like a drink. We asked what was there drink. Figured we would try whatever they were known for. The server looked confused. She eventually suggested an old fashion. I said sure thing, she then told me they were out of the Bourbon they usually use and asked if it would be ok to use another. I said sure. My wife was not sure what to order. Eventually, the host came over and offered a drink option.
When it came to food, we ended up getting a salad and a Margherita flat bread. The food came out extremely fast. I'm not sure that was a good thing. The salad was great, which we shared. The flatbread was not. It was cold. Maybe it was supposed to be that way. But the topping just fell off when you picked it up.
Eventually, the bill this is what put the nail in coffin for us. We were charged a split charge fee for the salad. Wouldn't have given it a second thought except for we ordered other items. It was not like it was a plated meal that we shared. The old fashion I ordered had an up charge for the different bourbon. The only reason we changed it. Was because they said they were out of the bourbon they typically use. I don't say anything and hand my card to the server. She gives it back with the receipt, and there is a varaince. I decided to ask why. She then stated there is a credit card fee. Which was not identified on the receipt. It was just added in.
Overall. Food was just average, not worth the price Drinks were ok and overpriced Service was average. Only because the host was carrying the team.
There are too many other nice restaurants in the center to choose from. No need for...
Read moreCame here for an early mother's day. Boy was I disappointed. Utterly disappointed. Maybe I was in the wrong for having high expectations, having come from steakhouses in San Francisco and New York City, but the meal I had at C. Knight's Steakhouse is in my opinion, an atrocity to steakhouses in general. I will say that the waiters and staff are friendly. But that's where the positive remarks end. There's not a whole lot of variety on their menu, very few items. My party ordered a flatbread to begin, and it was just average. Then the entrée's came out. My father and I ordered a 12oz rib eye. Never have we seen such a thin piece of meat. It was the proper size when you looked at it from the top, but the steak itself was about as thin as my pinky. Not to mention that my plate was drowning in sizzling butter. I'm happy to see if they use butter on a steak to enhance the flavor, but since my father got the same order, I saw how I had like triple the butter he did, and it was alarming to see the inconsistency. Additionally the steak lacked flavor, like they forgot the salt. My mother ordered a salmon dish over risotto. The salmon was average, and the risotto didn't have flavor and was too cheesy. Finally the sides were the final nail in the coffin. They don't carry your typical steakhouse baked potato (which is fine) so we ordered fries and the seasonal vegetables which happened to be brussels sprouts and carrots. Fries didn't have flavor and felt like cardboard. The vegetables were hard like they weren't cooked, and were drowning in oil in the bottom of the dish (not something you want to see when trying to have a healthy side dish) Overall my family was incredibly disappointed and will not be returning. If you are craving the very typical and traditional steakhouse formula, you too will surely be...
