I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cold Stone Creamery in El Dorado Hills, and I must say, it was an ice cream experience like no other! The shining star of this delightful establishment is none other than the exceptional manager, Raaj. His dedication to ensuring top-notch service truly sets this Cold Stone Creamery apart.
From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a pristine and inviting atmosphere. The cleanliness of the place speaks volumes about the team's commitment to providing a premium experience. The staff's friendliness and efficiency only added to the overall positive vibe.
Now, let's talk about the ice cream – an absolute masterpiece! I couldn't resist indulging in the Mint ice cream, and oh my, it was a flavor explosion in every bite. The creamy texture was sheer perfection, making it an irresistible treat for my taste buds. And if that wasn't enough, I decided to treat myself to a milkshake as well, and it was like sipping on pure bliss.
What impressed me even more was the speed at which my order was prepared. Fast service without compromising quality – a true testament to the professionalism of the Cold Stone Creamery team.
The strategic location in the town center is a bonus, offering ample parking convenience. It's not just an ice cream parlor; it's a fantastic spot for meetings, adding a touch of sweetness to any gathering.
In conclusion, Cold Stone Creamery in El Dorado Hills has won my heart. I'm already planning my next visit to savor more of their delectable creations. Kudos to Raaj and the entire team for creating a haven for ice cream enthusiasts like me. This place is a true gem, and I can't wait to be back for another scoop...
Read moreI’ve been visiting this Cold Stone location since it opened many years ago, and I’ve always loved it. Now that I have kids, I often let them go in on their own — it’s a small way to teach them independence and responsibility.
Today, I sent my son in to get ice cream for himself and my 2.5-year-old niece. He came out with what was supposed to be Lemon Sorbet, but the texture was totally off — sticky, spongy, and oddly marshmallow-like with a strange lemon flavor. It was so bad that I had my husband and mom taste it, and everyone agreed it was disgusting.
I told my son to go back in and politely ask for a different ice cream since something was clearly wrong. He came back out saying the employees told him no. My husband then went in to handle it and was met with rude, unhelpful teenage staff who refused to replace it and claimed there was “no manager.” They even told him to just leave a review.
We’re both small business owners and understand that young employees can make or break a customer’s experience. This interaction was unacceptable — it wasn’t about the money, it was about how poorly it was handled. A simple “Sorry about that, let’s fix it” would have gone a long way.
Cold Stone has always been a fun, family-friendly treat spot, but after today, I won’t feel comfortable sending my kids in there alone until there’s clear improvement in staff training and customer service. I truly hope the owner sees this and makes some changes, because this location used to be great — and it...
Read moreI went to this location last night and a Tyler B. was working alone, I waited In line patiently while tons, and I mean TONS of customers of all ages wanted a variety of things. He was calm and collected the whole time, did everything well and with a smile! The lady in front of me commented about how crazy it was that he was working alone, this was after a ton of time observing the young gentlemen working while we waited. My whole store visit was ~47 minutes. Briefly before receiving my order, I saw there was another worker, I thought she must have just gotten on shift and was there to save him, but he explained she was in the back doing closing things. He could have used a coworkers help, undoubtedly, they(being his coworker)clearly didn't agree, I commend this guys work ethic and customer service! I hope Tyler gets recognition for his great work ethic, I hope he gets some more helpful coworkers, and they staff their shops for a better more...
