Good customer service, and the employees are respectful, and helpful, also they treat everyone equally, but unfortunately it is the language barrier or they don’t listen to customer while the customers placing the orders because almost each order is wrong which is sad. They are located on Howe Ave , Sacramento, CA, and the restaurant is small not big, but still have the capacity of dining in a good amount of customers. Also very well decorated/designed , and the hygiene is clearly noticeable too. The bathroom is all gendered, and well occupied with all cleanliness materials. In addition, they do offer different kinds of services like dine in, delivery, to go, also can place your orders in person or over the phone, so choices are yours which way you want. They do provide Halal food ; in addition, the quality of food is good, and fresh too, but oh boy the prices are skyrocketing, and no cheap just keep in mind that if you are tight on your budget, then this is not a favorable choice for you. They have different kinds of food, but you need to explain it carefully what you want because they get confused if you keep repeating yourselves. If you call they pick up your call, but not promise to get help due to not having enough employees or staff to take care of each call, and voicemail. Yes ! They are wheelchair accessible, but the seats are not enough comfy for a physically disabled customer, so you need to use your own accommodations. The parking is big, but due to some other businesses being at the same plaza make this area crowded, also make it difficult to find parking spaces easily, so you need to look for it for a little bit of time in order to find one including the handicapped ones. My experience was not good at this location because my order messed up, and they didn’t follow the instructions given, so that is why all my order went to green waste which is sad because I paid them , and nothing was free for me. This place has the best homestyle Greek food in Sacramento. Actually this place is one of the best restaurants overall in Sacramento.

When I look for quality restaurants the things they need are : consistency, food taste and quality, and lastly customer service.

These are all here at Cafe Europa and it makes this place top tier.

The owner makes you feel welcomed and remembers everyone. Drinks are refilled food comes out promptly.

Food is very consistent and full of flavor. Food never comes out at different temperatures or feels like the food is old, always fresh and hot.

Prices are fair and not overly expensive. Food quality makes it very worth the costs. There are lunch specials from 11 to 2 and dinner specials making this place even more affordable.

We always get an order of Greek fries for the table and I love the takis gyro best thing on the menu.

Excellent customer service! The woman working today was so kind and pleasant. I came in for spanakopita after googling the closest location to Arden . When I was told the price ‘one piece for $4.50 I left and went to my car to Google a couple more restaurants. Found out everyone’s prices are pretty much the same. The only reason I thought $4.50 was a lot for one piece is because I hadn’t had spanakopita for awhile and it “used” to be cheaper. So then I decided I may as well go back in. Went back in and ordered 3. After driving about one mile and eating one I told my son to go back so we can get more to take to the family! They are DELICIOUS!! The best spanakopita in sac so far and far better than most I’ve tried in other towns! If you want spanakopita this is the place!! Also “one” has a good amount of filling! Great food and great workers!! Which make you want to spend your money!...
