Beware of this store as they are attempting to do 80's style credit card copying and expose your information to credit card fraud and minimum wage employees who probably want to take your credit card shopping online.
Worst possible experience. Ordered online and paid online with credit card, I waited over 2 hours for a lady to get here and demand that I give her my credit card to make a carbon copy. Seriously a carbon copy? This isn't the 80's and I had already made payment to the round table website. I am not going to expose myself further to fraud by giving a carbon copy to some pizza delivery driver. Since I refused to let her make a copy of my credit card she refused to deliver the pizza I paid for and took it back. I called the store and a girl named Ashley answered identifying herself as a shift manager, like the driver was extremely rude and told me that it was their policy to make carbon copies of credit cards because people like me may be committing credit card fraud.. Website took payment and the billing address for the credit card matches the address where it was being delivered to. She told me if I don't want to give them a carbon copy of my credit card then I should take my business elsewhere in the future. She also refused to provide me with a corporate contact # when asked or ability to speak to a store...
Read moreSo disappointed. RB is usually our pizza of choice. Sure it is more expensive than other chains but usually it tastes so much better. This time, our XL $50 all meat Montague pizza was a severe disappointment. Thus was a takeout and we picked it up right on time. I should have looked at it and tasted it before i left the restaurant. It had almost no sauce on it, barely any meat as compared to the usual quantity, we ordered extra olives and there were fewer olives than a regular quantity. It was almost tasteless, likely due to almost zero zesty red sauce, except for the occasional bit of spicy sausage. I don't know why this pizza was so bad. I can only suspect that this particular location (our usual location) was running out of ingredients. If that is the case, Corporate and the local or regional manager should put a policy in place that if they don't have enough ingredients, then don't make as many pizzas, because when you put out a sub par product that is wildly worse than the expected product, you damage your brand and reputation. I don't know when we will go back. In all likelihood, we will go elsewhere for awhile. BTW, we had a few slices because we were so hungry, but dumped the rest. I hate being wasteful, but I couldn't even bring myself to give this away. Really expensive...
Read moreWe've been ordering from this branch every week for the last year, sometimes twice a week. We use a coupon for a one topping but ask them to do a specialty topping on half and upcharge for the extra toppings. We do this every Friday, their delivery guys even know us. We've never had a problem and in fact, started ordering it this way on the advice of one of their managers. Tonight the cashier didn't know how to ring that in so he asked the manager on duty (Julia) who said they can't do it, they'd lose money on it, etc. I explained our customer history with them and how we've never had a problem before but she was adamant and extremely rude, even saying to the cashier while I could still hear her to "just do it cause I'm not about to be on the phone all night."
If it's company policy that EVERYONE else has been breaking, fine. That's an issue they need to deal with internally. But that level of disrespect without even putting me on hold first is unacceptable and this branch will be losing our long time weekly business because...
