T4, Tea for Me (Sacramento-Arden) — Restaurant in Sacramento

Good customer service, and all the employees are kind , respectful, and helpful. They are always willing to listen, and help the customers get better service. They treat everybody equally, and respectfully regardless, and they really enjoy their jobs, so that is why no wrong orders or complaints at all. They are located in Hawe Ave, Sacramento, CA. The location is not big , but has pretty much decent capacity for customers who are willing to dine in. Yes ! A big applaud for their cleanliness, and hygiene work, and they do take care of their customers’ health by keeping everything clean, also this place is well decorated as well. They offer different types of services dining in, to go , and delivery which like most other food chain restaurants or regular coffee shops. In addition, the prices are pretty much decent for the different types of drinks you order, also California is getting expensive, so nothing is cheap anymore. One thing about this location really caught my attention that the quality of their ingredients, and products are really good, and fresh, so the quality of drinks , and food is good. They are wheelchair accessible, and friendly, but the seats are not comfortable for a bodily disabled individual, so use your own accommodations. The parking is big, and you can easily find parking spots including handicapped areas. My siblings & I went to Tea for Me on our way home & because it’s T4, we believed it would have the same quality as the T4 near our neighborhood. However, our drinks were not that great compared to our usual spot.

My brother & I always get the same drink, Thai Tea w/ boba, but I decided to try their new drink, Potted Milk Tea. It’s okay, but it’s kinda difficult to drink & it made me feel sick. I like how they incorporate the Oreo on the top of the drink, but adding so much that it sinks & absorbs creates the drink to be very thick that you can’t drink through the straw. It also gets stuck in my throat when I already have the pearls to chew on. And I don’t know why, but after drinking it for a while, it started to taste like fish lol My brother’s Thai Tea is not up to the standard as well. The Thai tea from the can is much better.. it was as if they didn’t add enough milk when mixing. My sister bought her usual Honey Peach Royal Tea with no adjustments, but it was overly sweet that it rattles your jaw & cheeks.

I come here for the Mango Fanatics but I prefer no green tea jelly. In previous times that I came, the staff would be friendly and accommodate to that request. I honestly don’t care if that they can’t add more liquid in it. But giving it a one star because the staff keeps telling me they can’t modify it when previous times they have been be able to make it without the jelly (and the manager/owner even stated that this was okay as long as I understood they can't add more liquid in it). I even stated that I don’t care if it’s less the Large Cup size. They can make it the same measurement they always do however just without the jelly.
