This location has either forgotten items or gotten my order wrong many times, the customer service is garbage here! I live up in wine country so on my way home from work I have stopped here to order food for myself and my son. In the past, when they have messed up my order I called them to inform them of the issue and they simply took down my information and gave me the item a different day. Yesterday, I had ordered a burger with NO cheese! As my son hates cheese and will not eat it if it has cheese... well I get to the window, and David the shift manager at the time didnt greet me and basically tossed my food at me... I then asked him if I could have some bbqs sauce and he sighed and gave me one. I drove over to the parking spots to check my order... when I initially tooled at the burger it looked like it didnt have cheese but the meat had probably slid over... I checked it due to all the problems I have has in the past... well I got home and my son shows me the cheese... ugh so I call the carkes jr to let them know... David answers and I told him my problem. He said he remembered packing my order and asked what I wanted them to do... I said well I cant drive back because it takes me 20 min to come out from here so can I just pick it up another day. He said yes but I need to bring the burger. I asked "what if I come in a few days?" He said I still need to bring back the burger... I said that was ridiculous. So I have to drive around with a rotten burger to get you to give me my correct order? He said yes that's our policy. I said I wanted to speak to a manager... he said he was the manager... I said I want to speak to your manager... he then asked a co worker if he could give me the general managers call number... he then gave it to me... I called her and she said she would put my name down to get my burger... I went today and the manager on shift had no idea what I was talking about!!! I told him what happened and he said I needed my receipt... I informed him that David did not give me one... he gave me a straw and my card. He said well you can wait for david... I said no I want what the manager said. I'm only asking for the item you got wrong not the whole order!!! He said he would do it this one time but next time I needed to bring my receipt (he was very upset) I said it would help if your staff would give me the receipt... he said its fine and didnt say anything else. I get to the window they open it and the girl just hands it to me and slams the window... at this point I dont even want my son to eat it because I was Afraid they did something to it. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE UNTIL THEY GET NEW...

I went through the drive thru yesterday evening and ordered a Beyond Famous star with no cheese, no mayo, and avocado. The girl working the drive thru laughed and said, "Sorry, can you repeat that? She was showing me something funny on her phone" referring to one of her coworkers. She just ignored the avocado instead of telling me that it's not served there. I repeated the order and pulled up. There was cheese, mayo, and no avocado. I asked for a new burger and was asked to pull up front, where I waited for more than 15 minutes. Someone then came out and handed me a burger that was exactly the same as the first, so I went inside, where I waited another 10 minutes for a third meal. I informed the staff that I am allergic to dairy. They apologized and gave me a chocolate chip cookie, which I thanked them for but probably contained dairy (I gave it to a homeless man later). Someone asked if I wanted anything else special, and I asked for extra pickles. She also told me at this time (almost 30 minutes after I ordered) that they don't have avocado, but they have guacamole and I said that would be fine. Several employees were on their phones laughing and ignoring several customers in the restaurant. I was finally given a third burger and left. The time stamp on my receipt was 7:26 pm and I left a few minutes before 8, soon to find that I had no pickles. š“

While in the drive-through trying to read the very small print on the menu to my son, the order taker asked me 3 times each 30-90 seconds apart for my order and each time I replied: Iām sorry Iām trying to read the menu to my son. Then she was very rude and told me there were several cars behind me and I was on a timeframe. Her tone flustered me so I pulled up to the window where they proceeded to ask me to pull around to the front I asked to speak to a manager. Someone different cane to the window and so I explain that I was reading the menu and I was trying to place a very large order and they flustered me and the person speaking through the window said I was on a timeframe and I was violating their policy. At this point the āso called managerā said that the car behind me called to complain which was bull because there were no cars behind me until they tried to take my order the 3rd time and he was only there for seconds.
