I come here often, but i didn’t get what i want the last few times i came here. I come here during the night shift, graveyard, and usually ask for the beyond bbq cheeseburger combo and, unlike montebello and east la, they keep forgetting the cheese. One time i asked for the wraptor burger and the cashier couldn't find the charge function. I replied that it is ok and just give me a beyond bbq cheeseburger combo, she didn’t give me a receipt , which is often the case, and i was charged for a beyond famous star, which cost more. I didn’t find the is out until i checked my bank statements online. I still didn’t get cheese. The receipt is the same as the east la and montebello statement, but i get cheese at these places. Now i have to waste my gas and go to east la if i want a burger.

8/27/2022 Guess it was dumb of me to come here again. Wanted to try the new sourdough jack, w/o bacon, w/o meat, and add beyond meat. There was still bacon and the patty looked like a meat patty. Plus the beyond meat patty cost so much, why cant you just replace it. I could of had a well cook meal for the amount I paid. I went to replace it, no problem. But this place consistently screws up. I had to waste gas to come back and barely made it on time for work, which i am unable to take a break or lunch during my shift. Compared to the east la and montebello carls jr, this one deserve negative rating. Will never...

The staff are pleasant and service and food is good. However. I asked for 2 double doubles apart from a combo. I was told I was given the special so I'm excited and thankful as anyone would be. I get home distribute the burgers and only one person gets a double double. The rest feel like bunnies, eating more lettuce that meat. If a customer ask for a double double, please give a double double or explain the special you're giving that WAS NOT requested and inform them of the difference. Now my visitors are still hungry. This is not the first time I am not given what I ask for. I'm sure I was given the specials before as I was reminded it happened the last time. It's frustrating. Your heart is in the right place but I did not get what I asked for or wanted. Worse experience. The mak you stop the car about 5 feet before you get to the window. Which is not good especially at night. They allow homeless people to ask for money from the guests in drive-thru. He went as far as banging on my window. I honestly was scared. It was pretty late and it a bit dark. I told the manager that a man was hazing me for money. All she said was "Sorry, there's nothing I can do". They shorted me a burger, a shake and no ranch for my chicken strips. Never going back ther aging. The cook or the cashier, I'm not really sure but they are blasting the radio. I don't mind Latin music, but when you are working with costumes that a big no no.
