I am so impressed I had to write a review. Something I only do if I'm irate or stunned by something. I am not a prude, but I have never been in a store of this nature except for a couple of one Saturday night while in the Marine Corps 45 years ago. This week I needed a small item that I was pretty sure they carried. To say that I was nervous about this ordeal would be an understatement. I actually drove around the block 4 times working up the courage to park and walk in. When I finally did, I opened the door as quietly as possible. Sure enough the door has bells attached to it and my presence was more of a grand entrance. Having only weird stories to relate to I was expecting something "seedy" filthy, scary, etc.. nothing would have surprised me. Instead I found a clean organized store. I'm sure I looked nervous and lost, which I was. To my amazement I was greeted by a Lady. Yes a lady. At this point I wanted to crawl into the nearest hole. My feelings began to change almost instantly. she was a "cute as a bug", articulate, knowlegable and sincere saleslady. She asked my if she could help. She appeared Hispanic for whatever that may be worth. Next obsticle for me was the name of the item I was looking for. I would be slightly embarrassed saying it out loud to another man let alone a woman. While I was verbally stumbling around she helped me out by saying, quite clearly what I couldn't. She made it sound like I was looking for "whitewalls" or anything other than something highly personal. She clearly new what i wanted and my intended use and proceeded to give me 3 choices. (perfect salesmanship). Thinking she might be on commission I bought the most expensive one and also bought a couple of other items I didn't really need and may never use. All bought while under the influence of something very unfamiliar. I'm sure she runs into that situation on a regular basis, but even with years of experience and training on customer service, there is no way anyone could have handled it better. Within a minute of my "grand entrance" a looking like a lost puppy, I was given a dose of professionalism, that I will not soon forget. It almost makes me want to become a regular customer. WARNING!!!!!!!!!! Everybody and first timers I came to this place to go into the arcade booth with my girlfriend don't believe what the reviews say about couples enjoying themselves. I paid I believe the cashier name was Alex he was very rude he told me one person per booth and I told him okay when I was heading into the hallway passing the curtains he automatically turn the lights on and since it was the first time for my girlfriend being there I was showing her how to use the machine we put the money in the machine less than a minute Alex came to the door and told us that he said it was one person per booth and I tried to explain to him but he kicked us out AVOID THIS PLACES I'm attaching the receipts from both places so you could see the time and date so you can take the review more Sirius I don't want no one to lose their money
