Searched Google for a coffee shop and Mugs popped up and I was curious about this place. My husband noticed that they offered 50% off your second drink during happy hour (4-7pm). We got four drinks. The cold brew was dark but decent. The latte was milky. Cannot taste too much of the espresso notes. The hazelnut cold foam over cold brew was unimpressive. It wasn’t worth the extra $2 for the cold foam. And my hazelnut matcha latte was mediocre in flavor. I was quite disappointed in this matcha. I cannot taste the hazelnut nut let alone the matcha flavor itself.

I tried Mugs Coffee through delivery and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the vanilla latte with cold foam, and it was fantastic. The flavor was light and smooth with no burnt taste just the right amount of sweetness. I’m definitely happy to have found another spot for my caffeine fix!

Nice coffee shop and drinks are good but service can be better. We ordered at the drive thru, the speaker needs to be fixed. When we got to the window the girl handed us a plain black coffee. I let her know it was the wrong drink and she had an attitude and went back and forth with me twice. My friend noticed it too, as if she didn’t want to remake the drink. It was like arguing with a sibling very childish. At the end I just stopped because she was doing too much and she eventually remade the drink. It surprised me because on my very first visit trying Mugs they messed up on my drink too and the lady that helped me apologized and was really nice. I was up early this morning and running errands. I found this small coffee shop in the area that has good reviews, so I decided to stop by to get some coffee. Drive thru is available. There is a small parking lot outside of this small coffee shop. However, it might be difficult to pull out your car when you leave due to the drive thru line is right behind the parking spots. It was not the perfect set up.

I ordered an Iced banana horchata latte and MUGS Mexican mocha. The drinks came out with perfect sweetness and flavorful. The coffee has strong flavor. They were not watery at all.
