Horrible experience I had yesterday. The worker at the front desk was very rude. NOT KID FRIENDLY. I go practically every other Saturday. There were obvious signs that there were sick children coughing and sneezing in my babies face. When I say obvious it was obvious. Same worker addressed me while I was in the middle of changing my babies diapers. The restroom was occupied for over 15 minutes and my babies needed to be changed ( Urine ) I had no choice but to go in a private CORNER and to change my babies . WORKER announced how wrong it was that I was changing in the section from a distance . Other parents turned to look it was so embarrassing. She said that now because I chose were i changed my baby that she hass to sanitize the section i was at . isn't the whole play place sanitized and wiped down at the end of the day all tables and equipment....? Either way the whole situation was uncalled for.

Definitely stopped her and put her in her place. Mommma...

Recently hosted our two year old's birthday party here, and have still been receiving compliments from our family and friends about the venue. The owner of Kiddie Zone was extremely accommodating to our needs and answered all our questions early on before booking. I might never go back to hosting a party outdoors in the summer after this. There were several large fans that helped keep the party cool, a refrigerator to store our drinks, a well-maintained bathroom, plenty of tables and chairs, a very clean and organized play area, and the cherry on top was a Bluetooth speaker provided at no additional cost for the party hosts to use. We had our son's 3rd birthday party here... And was very grateful for the attention and responsiveness to the owner and other employees here. They did a great job helping to match our party theme and provided balloons and a basic table set up according to our color scheme. It made coming in to set up that much easier.

I love how this place is geared towards smaller kids and allows you to visually see your child from all angles of the room, giving you a chance to actually sit back and relax while your little ones has a great time in the play...
