Ordered a Banana Caramel Crunch, Gotta Have It!, paid for a Gotta Have It! size, but got this..... A small Love it! size IN A GOTTA HAVE IT! cup. Literally barely a medium serving in a medium cup, stuck in a large cup. Pop a lid on it and who could tell, right... "Hey, no one's sitting around eating ice cream during a pandemic, so they'll be home before seeing the slight of hand."

As you can tell from the pic, the Gotta Have It! cup only has some drippings in it. And I'd only taken two bites before "Hey, why are there 2 cups?" So you can see the quantity was small for a size smaller than I paid for.

Zero starts for the racism I witnessed on National Ice Cream day. Clearly the possible African American customers did not get a “welcome in”. The female worker who maybe of middle eastern background didn’t ask what they wanted, instead she asked the man on the other side of the store near did he want anything else. I understand you guys open at 11:45 but if I were trying to do customer service and do customer service well especially if I have seven people waiting on me to open outside that's seven customers paying over $10 per ice cream that's you make an over 70 bucks in less than 15 minutes you're going to tell them they need to wait until 11:45 in order to purchase stuff when people are trying to go to work and school and stuff you just lost business right there. I was there watching people turn away that's crazy I guess I'll go buy it tub of ice cream from Bel Air. This happened at 11:33am...
