So my friend and I were super hyped up after seeing the videos on Facebook and TikTok that were advertising this place. We drove 20 minutes just to get there. When we pulled into The establishment it was a very nice part of Elk Grove, and the business was very crowded. The environment was very nice and modern. We were not greeeted when we walked in. They weren't rude, but they weren't friendly, Loved that it was opened this late. Wasn't too thrilled about ordering on a machine, but they were easy to use and quick. But I do like ordering with a human. There wasn't a wide variety and none of the cookies from the social media accounts were an option. That was a bummer, as I wanted to try the salted caramel. About 30 seconds after we ordered the cookies were ready, which was good because it was late. The chocolate chip cookie was still warm. The service was very quick. We quickly tried the cotton candy cookie and were not impressed. I had much higher expectations. They were good cookies but nothing to write home about. The size of the cookie was great. It was almost $15 for 4 cookies which is kind of steep but after all it is a cookie business. The frosting tastes like store bought Pillsbury frosting, but the cookies weren't the worst. After driving 40 minutes round trip, I do not believe this is somewhere I will visit again. Honestly the cookies at 7/11 and AMPM are way better and cheaper. The idea was nice though and they seem to have good business. Kind of a...

This was my first experience. I ordered a warm milk chocolate chip cookie and an iced sugar cookie.

The milk chocolate chip cookie was fabulous. It tasted like a traditional cookie batter but buttery, like it was part butter short bread. I do prefer semi sweet chocolate but no complaints. Ample chocolate chips, huge cookie, melty warm chocolate chips.

I have yet to tackle the iced sugar but it looks fantastic with a generous amount of icing. It looks amazing.

Greeted and welcomed when I entered the store. I identified myself as a first timer, newbie. I was told the various cookie types, two would always be available while they change up the rest. They have ice cream, referred to as cream or frozen cream.

Pricing is reasonable considering what you get. It think it’s competitive, fair prices.

The team members were busy baking, putting things away, helping me and boxing up my goodies. Uniforms were black, I think, team members looked professional.

Pretty little pink boxes, reminds me of Tiffany’s but in pink lol.

Pink with black wheels and tires delivery trucks in the parking lot, matches their pink theme.

Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful team members, clean, spotless interior.

As I was leaving, I saw a guy walk out with a pizza sized box. I asked if it was a cookie, he said yes. This takes birthdays and celebrations to a better level, better than cake.

Can’t wait to...

Overall Crumbl was okay, but the main issue was the blatant disregard for safety precautions we witnessed while we were there. There were at least 20 people working behind the counter, it was so crammed the workers couldn't even walk 2 steps without bumping into someone and more than half of the people we saw working didn't have their mask over their nose, including the young man who was delivering the boxes of cookies to people waiting. Considering they were mixing batter, baking cookies, and packaging cookies, that was concerning. We almost left after seeing it but decided to just give it a try since we drove all the way there and promised the kids cookies. It was also so loud inside I had to yell my order to the guy behind the register and he still had trouble hearing me. As for the cookies, they were alright. My kids actually didn't finish their cookies, which was surprising because they love dessert and I only gave them a half each. I tried the chocolate chip and the red velvet and both were still warm when I got home. They were moist, but so soft they fell apart as I was eating a small piece of both. I'd say the confetti cookie and the other frosted cookies are more like a cake, and it frustrated my daughter as she ate hers because it was falling apart the whole time she...

We ordered within the hour of them opening. So approximately 9:35am. It was our 1st experience with this company. 2 ppl working (male/female), neither greeted us when we walked in, once we made it to the register the young female had a stiff face, no smile..just looked annoyed in a way, she tried to keep her voice somewhat friendly..I explained we don’t know the process which she then proceeds to give a annoyed glance at the cookies on display, so I took that as a big hint that those were the only cookies they were selling today, so I then say “oh so these are the only ones your selling today?”, she just says “yeah” with a blank annoyed stare. So I tried to lighten the mood by doing a small laugh but she didn’t join in, she just kept her annoyed stance. So that’s when I rushed my 8 yr son to pick one, and he chose the brownie. Yall IM PISSED, the actual cookie pieces on top of the brownie was “stale” and it even smell stale. The sides of the brownie was HARD, so hard I was able to knock ✊🏾 on the sides, the brownie had a GAPPING hole in the middle, I’m so pissed, this old stanking brownie cost me almost $7…I will never go back. Horrible horrible horrible experience. My son didn’t finish it, if this place was closer I’d return it back. Ugh 😑

Sample: 4 cookies bought around 9pm on Saturday Good: Cookies are larger than your hand size and were warm, soft and MOIST. The sugar cookie with blue icing is legit. Pineapple icing on that cookie was good quality too. Bad: The cookies are $4 a pop! Chocolate quality for the chocolate chip could have been better too.. Also while they are moist, the edges on the chocolate chip & white chocolate macadamia nut cookies were still dry. Other stuff: There definitely seems to be a big difference in cookie quality depending on which Crumbl location you go to. I hit one down in San diego only to find the cookies were all dry.
