Dunk 'n Run Donuts — Restaurant in California

When I pulled up there was a gentleman who was lookin at me pretty, let's say sternly, and he was just a customer so no harm no foul there right? Well, so me and my friends go in, and the person, [looking barely 18...maybe, and I don't mean that in a bad way] doesn't even return my friends, "Good morning!" And then, they take our order but they aren't actually listening to what we are saying i guess, because they instead of answering a question about a donut, just immediately grab the donut and attempt to put it in the bag. So we get some fancy and some regular donuts [which i understand run a higher price prior to this but my friend doesn't] which cost us a total of 13.99 well my friend then inquires about the dozen because she sees it's advertised at 17.99 or something of that nature, so she wants to know if she is correct in assuming that we could grab 6 more donuts for only a few more dollars. And she wasn't correct, but the person didn't even answer the question or attempt an upsale. I wish I could explain the very cold nature about this individual. It was very just not nice and it was too early in the morning to be rude to someone like that. I'm just sayin. It could have messed up my whole day if...

UPDATE: 8/17/24 The very sweet folks at Dunk’nRun made a personal delivery of a Raspberry filled and a Custard filled, and after trying them both, I’m very pleased to share that both were filled with more than two bites of filling. Delicious! Thank you Daniella, Levi, and Lillia.

I used to love this place a lot, but the last three times I purchased raspberry-filled and custard-filled donuts, there was only a 1/3 of the filling that they used to have in them. Its good for one, maybe two bites, but after that, its just a maple or a glazed donut.

I understand costs are going up, but I'd rather they change the price of the donut rather than cheapen the quality of the product.

Feel free to contact me when you guys have filled your Bismarks and jelly-filled donuts back to full and then I'll come back to try one and happy to re-write the review. I hope you do, because I haven't been back there in three months, and I have had to go all the way to Roseville to satisfy...

I had an incredible experience at Dunk 'N' Run Donuts today! From the moment I called ahead to ask about their selection, I could tell this place was special. The guy on the phone was so kind and knowledgeable—he knew everything about their donuts and took the time to answer all my questions.

When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by a super sweet female staff member who made me feel welcome right away. Both employees clearly knew their stuff when it came to donuts, and their passion for what they do really showed.

I tried one of their gourmet donuts for $5—the pistachio one—and it was absolutely amazing. Perfectly balanced flavors, fresh, and totally worth it. I’m also a big fan of old-fashioned donuts, and even though I came in later in the day (around 11:58 AM), they still tasted fresh and delicious.

The combination of top-notch customer service, fresh donuts, and knowledgeable staff makes this place a must-visit. If you love donuts, you have to stop by...
