Don't order online for curbside pickup. I was hungry and craving good food tonight, so I called in and was told all pickup orders had to be placed online. My roommate was headed through the area on his way home from work and I verified he could pick up for me and placed my order online. He got there round the time the order was supposed to be ready, parked in the curbside area and called as instructed. He gave both names as even I was unsure which name it would be under. Online ordering prompted me to enter pickup name, and I put his, but emailed receipt was under mine. He was told they were still working on it, and they would bring it out as soon as it was ready, though it seems it was ready at this time and they didn't check both names. 15 mins later he calls back, gives only his name and is again told they are working on it and it will be brought out when done. He assumes the order is under his name at this point as they have affirmed an order will be brought out soon. Another 15 mins and he is told they are boxing it up. This is clearly a lie as there are no orders under his name. No other curbside pickup orders for the rest of the time he is there. He calls again at the 45 minute mark and is assured his order is being boxed up and will be right out. At this point they probably aren't even looking. 1 hour in and exasperated, he goes inside where they finally admit there's no order being worked on, he asks if there's one under my name. Oh yeah, we've been wondering about that one for an hour. The food here is usually great, but after the drive home, stone cold and microwave reheated, it's absolute garbage. It doesn't taste any better coming back up. I shouldn't have eaten something that sat out that long, but I was famished and two hours after eating I'm pretty sure I've got food poisoning. I tried calling the store to complain, but 20 rings and the line went dead, they aren't even putting people on hold, just ignoring phones. I've never had such a poor experience in my entire life. I live in Washington state and each time I came to visit my cousins this was a “must eat/drink” place. That was for about 3 years. I’m sorry to say the quality in food and service has plummeted. The hosts are not welcoming and they make you feel as if they’re doing you a favor. Even if you have a reservation. The waiters are okay but not friendly. At my recent visit my cousin ordered a seltzer that was probably the most disgusting seltzer I’ve ever tasted. My cousin took 2 sips of it, if that. When we told our waiter she told us she would take care of it. However when we got the bill the $7 seltzer was on it. And when we asked our waiter of it, she said it was a final sale item and nothing would be done. When she retrieved the seltzer to begin with, she never mentioned this part. Instead mentioned it would be taken care of. Being charged for a drink that was not consumed, is not “taking care of it”. If we would have drank a quarter of it and then charged $7, I would have understood. However this was not the case. Beware of the nasty beer/seltzer and being charged for it.

I will also include that the nachos quality have declined rapidly. Taco Bell nachos are better. The chips were stale, the cheese tasted like canned cheese, the beans tasted old. In fact the entire appetizer tasted luke warm and below average.

Then the burgers came. The fries were soggy, cold and overly salted.

Besides all the errors mentioned above- Service was incredibly slow We only got 2 / 3 waters we ordered

Overall, the food is Applebees quality. I would not return for all the concerns mentioned above and...

Went for the first time yesterday (10/16/21).

Red flags began before getting seated. We left our phone # so they could text us when a table was ready. It was a Saturday night so wait time was estimated for 1 hour, nothing unusual there. After 15 minutes or so we got a text saying table was ready. We got off the car went inside, told the lady our name. She said table wasn’t ready…. Okay?? Sat down for 5 minutes waiting again, decided to get up and show the lady the message. She looked at it confused, whispered something to the other waiter there. Looks like she got upset and said our table was ready. I’m sorry for receiving the text and actually showing up??? I don’t know. Waitress was wonderful, very helpful at the beginning. We ordered food was delicious. My 2 star review comes because the lack of attention to us. Once you get your food, waitress doesn’t come back for nothing. Random waiters come and bring you food, no problem there. I got the classics burger with Mac n cheese, no spoon was given to me and gentleman who brought my food didn’t give me any time to ask him for one.

My sister ordered a dessert but they forgot it and just brought us our check. A couple flies there too, a little annoying. Food is delicious, but service makes it hard to ask for napkins, utensils, and refills. Makes it hard to enjoy, will try again on a weekday and see if experience is any better.
