Ok I've waited until this issue has occured several times. (I don't believe in trashing or leaving bad reviews unless it's truly earned, I buy food from this place 6 days a week)
This drive thru is VERY SLOW,. And it's every single time I come here. We're talking 20-30 minutes in the drive thru, waiting,.......burning fuel, ........ Burning time.........
Yea sure my car has low miles,. But the amount of time I spend with it running in this drive thru ,.............
I try to joke but this is serious, I spend a good portion of my life sitting in this drive thru!
A US Postal Service worker walked up to me in this drive thru and handed me my mail!!!
You get my point I'm sure.
It's bad. All jokes aside, ITS REALLY BAD,. and when I've politely said something I get the same thing with an attitude "we're really short staffed" with a smirk and eyes rolling.
I wrote this review before even reaching the order speaker. ITS BAD.
And it's been this way for months that I know of anyway.
I know if I stop going to this Jack in the box, or any Jack in the box, it's not going to hurt the company, they're not going to go out of business. I'm just one person visiting six times a week on my lunch break and to be honest not much can be really done about it because you can't give me my time back.
I'm still not even up to the order speaker thing yet. If there weren't several cars behind me I would have popped it in reverse and gone to Taco Bell like 28...

I went through the drive through as usual and let them know I had a mobile order, I usually order through the mobile app for the points and to not have to order at the speaker box, so I pull up and the lady who was running the window was very nice Iāll give them that but I had nicely asked if I could get my shakes before they had me park and wait for my order(there were literally no cars in the drive through but me not sure why I was parked) then while she went to make them some older lady who I see quite often decided to barge through the window and ask rudely for me to move forward and she would bring them, the only reason I asked for the shakes first is because the last time I had a shakes they obviously had it sitting a while and it was melted and gross, I asked very politely then I had to go inside the lobby as she did not bring them, once I got inside the worker was again rude when I requested the shakes saying she was working on it (they were already made I saw them) and turned away and started slamming stuff down then she slammed my bags of food in front of me then wanted to start acting nice, I will gladly take my business to taco bell across the street I usually go here daily even if itās just for a drink but the service tonight was...

We had a an order coming to almost $48.00, the younger male working the drive thru speaker box was rude and inefficient at best. After every item was ordered he would rudly ask "is that it" he didn't listen and kept having to ask what I said. We waited in the drive thru way too long if it's not shown in the log I am positive the hang time is being manipulated with a though out block. He was rude again when we got to the window, the manager looked to be completing the HACCP and did not care about how the store was being run.. Drinks were ready but not given to us, food was ready and was left on the counter to get cold, we were not asked if we wanted sauce, he was very rude again, my sister had to honk her horn to get his attention and ask for him to give us the food that was clearly ready. Our order was incomplete, we were missing a southwest chicken salad, 1 spicy chicken sandwich with cheese on sourdough, the food was cold and almost uneatable. Then when I tried to call to Report it the phone is off the hook so the only way to complain is to wait a half hour in the drive thru again.
