DON’T GO TO THIS BRANCH! They always, literally always make mistakes with the orders, if you’re on the drive thru there’s a big chance they will forget or mix up something, so you will always have to check the bag! Always! Today was our last time in this filthy place! We made an order on the drive thru, they forgot to put a burrito my wife ordered, I checked the bag and it wasn’t there, I pointed this out to the employee and she started arguing saying that she had put it there, when obviously she had not! I asked for it many times and they wouldn’t give it to me, I refused to leave until they gave it to me, they didn’t care, another employee was so rude she started yelling at us, calling us liars, finally the first employee, rude as hell, threw me the cash as a refund, my wife could not have her lunch and we were treated as trash! The employees on this branch will literally bring it to bankruptcy! Shame on you! Yelling and treating us like that because of a simple burrito they forgot to put in the bag. No wonder they work at a Taco Bell, clearly is the best...

Ordered off the breakfast menu using the app. Not bad, fairly easy to do. I selected drive through. Got to the ordering station and gave my name, and my order details came up. So far, so good.
Then, it went downhill.
Got to the pickup window and was handed iced coffees. I had ordered hot. No biggie, easy to fix. I'm handed new drinks, shortly after that the rest of the order. I head back to the office.
I hand my wife her stuff, and get my own. First thing I do is take off the lid. I do that because I want my coffee to cool down.
That was not needed in this case.
The coffee was barley above room temperature. What. The... I won't finish because children might read this.
I'm not going back. We have a microwave. The bitterness of the coffee matched my feelings for this location.
The food, meh. A solid 2/3. Best I can say is I wasn't hungry afterwards.
I have no doubt I'll get Taco Bell again. It just probably won't be from this location, and it definitely will not...
Read moreThe Taco Bell in el dorado hills apparent is owned by the same person as the stores in Folsom , when you look at your receipt it has a phone number on it ,it turns it’s the same number for all the store and it’s a fax number and there is no way to contact any of the store by phone or email, unfortunately I found this out after getting home with my food I purchased thru the drive through from a completely illerate person , who puts people in in retail food to take orders that can barely speak English?? Unfortunately it’s all to common these days …if this happens to you the best way do deal with it is to order the replacement food on DoorDash and after receiving the food claim it was made incorrectly and door will give a complete refund for the order and maybe the management of these taco bells just might think about providing away there customers can communicate problems …but who knows today maybe the owner is an illerate fool who can’t speak...
