We placed our order at 5:39p scheduled to pick up at 6:11p, I know sometimes it's busy so we came at 6:20p.
They had no recollection of our order. And even after providing the receipt for the purchase sent directly from panda express to my email with date time and my name and payment information, the lady still did not want to help us.
Then said they would literally have to cook all the food (we ordered the family feast).
After having to produce my bank/credit card statements showing the order went through, the lady finally went and got our food together.
I'm pregnant and due any day. I've already waited to order online thinking it would be quicker.
We are never going back to this Panda Express.
I just got my food. And it is currently 650p.
Meanwhile everyone in the restaurant was being served and leaving while I stood there starving and pregnant and if my baby wasn't craving orange chicken I would've left.
I'll make the drive to a different location after today's service. No real apology after spending $50 there, no compensation at all. Didn't even offer us free samples of anything. Seriously? You offer everyone in line a sample.... Just saying....

When i got home and discovered the small portion of chicken teriyaki when I had ordered two, I phoned and was told to come back and they would give me the order that was missing and another order for the inconvenience. All I wanted was what I ordered. When I got there the clerk asked if I wanted her to replace the whole plate and I said no, just what I was missing. I showed her my receipt and the clerk then said she had to just go talk to the supervisor. They left me standing there at least five minutes while my dog was setting off the alarm in the car. When she finally came back she said they had looked at the video footage and that the clerk had given me the right portion, that one order is one small piece of a piece of chicken, that they had been giving too much in the past and corporate came down on them. Two orders is now less than one used to be. I've been coming here a long time and it's never been one small piece of chicken. It's usually 3-4 depending on how small it is. Read moreI just went to the store and had a issue with Merlina(Cashier-Asian girl) she really was not helping the coworkers. The line of people was long and she didn't bother to move a finger to keep the line moving. The people in front of me ordered a lot of food and a lot of the food was not available they had to wait and I just needed only a side of walnut shrimps and I kindly asked her to help me and her response was that she had to take out her money drawer and didn't have time to help me. Looks like she was just waiting to clock out. I usually come during lunch time and the service is always perfect! Afternoon shift needs a strong teamleader! Bad service, Bad quality and Bad attitude! Client should always leave happy!
Update: service hasn't change much. Amy, the person in charge of the shift or even worse "the manager" treated some customers very rude. One customer came in for an online pick up and her food wasn't ready so they made other people wait in line just to attend this customer. Just her attitude is not right to be dealing with customers.
