Worst experience I have had with any fast food place AND the manager, Maggie, made it 100% worse. My partner placed a simple order of curly fries, loaded tacos, and coke zero. Even with my hesitation I agreed to pick it up while I was out. Let's just say I haven't had a great experience with this place. So I head in and tell Maggie what I needed. She proceeds to bag up my things. She asks someone about 3 orders of churros and bags it up with my things and hand it over. I said thank you and left. Get to my car, check the bags, call my partner to confirm the order. Make sure I'm not going insane. Sure enough it's wrong. Head back in. Door was locked. Why would you lock the door with customers inside. Fire hazard. Anyway, she asks what was wrong. Me: everything. Her: mistakes happen. Me: everytime?! Her: well stop coming here. You're absolutely right I immediately thought. I'm not even here for me. She finally goes to check the order to figure out what happened and is trying confirm she is right. She tells me it's right. Churros and 2 tacos. Nope. Wrong again. She has someone else read the screen to prove me wrong... only for her to determine SHE was wrong. She read the wrong NAME!!!! Still doesn't apologize for her error but continues to tell me that I should try doing her job. I do. I work in customer service as a manager. It's hard work and would never come at a customer She did, especiallyin person. I asked her for her manager... shocker! She IS the manager. She shouldn't be and is doing your restaurant a deservice by telling your patrons not to come back. I will not be coming back to this location even...

This review is for the fact I went through the drive through today at about noon and instead of using the speaker for orders, they had the oldest lady working there outside in the sun taking orders, you had a small umbrella set out for shade but was so far back from the drive, she couldn't even use it when she was taking orders. There's plenty of younger people working there that would be much better suited for working out there although in this heat, I wouldn't think anybody should. She was still very friendly and welcoming, she wasn't complaining about it at all either. Do better, no reason she should be out there in this heat when you have a perfectly working speaker box. Food and service is always good but makes me question the management and ownership if things like that are happening

Read moreService at the window is fine, but overall turnaround for customers is ridiculously slow. If you plan on going to this jack in the box, set aside about an hour of your day, and get a podcast ready because you’re going to be sitting for a hot minute. I’ve also gone several times and found employees just sitting around during working hours, with doors locked and drive through closed, no indication of why. Some lower management seems to not care how service is for customers, and even seem apathetic to the fact that the restaurant is no longer operating efficiently. I’ve lived in Ramona my entire life, and our Jack in the Box is near and dear to us, so seeing it in this state is just depressing. I want the Jack in the Box from 4 years ago...
