For anyone who's never had Juan Pollo, you have to try that tangy chicken skin.

The family packs are fairly priced, and you can gauge the freshness by the fact that they sell by the chicken, not the leg, thigh, breast, etc. They cook the whole chicken and sell it together, instead of having the single unpopular parts sitting around. It comes uncut and gives you 3 sides from rice, beans, potato salad, or green salad. In the rice, you get small chunks of chicken, and that gives it a distinct taste. The potato salad is firm and actually tastes like potatoes, as it is not drowned in mayo and sugar.

The only issue we had once is that we placed our order a day in advance in order to make sure they didn't run out of anything, but they had no trace of our order. They were able to fulfill the order fresh within 5 minutes, so it wasn't...

I had an amazing experience at this Juan Pollo! The food was absolutely delicious — the chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender, with just the right amount of seasoned flavor. The sides were fresh and flavorful, especially the potato salad, which has to be the BEST potato salad out there.

What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made sure everything was to my liking and served everything quickly with a smile.

I ordered a party pak for 30 people. I wasn't sure about ordering here but I have heard good things. Since I called 2 hrs before the event the lady who answered was super nice. When we picked up the food they gave you everything!! We literally did not need to purchase anything extra! Utensils, sporks, serving utensils (tongs and large spoons), etc. And everything was i dividually wrapped so you felt and knew it was clean.

The food was AMAZING!!! The chicken so juicy and flavorful, the potato salad delicious! The rice and beans and even the green salad!
