Arden location: If you're in the mood for some seriously good chicken, Kiki's Chicken is definitely worth a visit. I recently stopped by and was really impressed with the food and the friendly staff.

Let's talk about the stars of the show: the chicken! I tried the Kiki's Fries with Chicken, and it was a fantastic combination of crispy fries loaded with flavorful chicken pieces. The chicken strips were perfectly cooked – juicy on the inside with a satisfying crunch, and the wings were equally delicious, hitting all the right notes for a classic fried chicken experience. The quality of the food here is genuinely great. Best of all they are open late!

The service was also top-notch. Every staff member I interacted with was welcoming and efficient, making the whole ordering and pickup process a breeze. It's always a plus when the people serving your food clearly care about the customer experience.

Now, for the atmosphere – it's a bit mid. While clean and functional, it's not a place you'd necessarily go for a long, lingering meal or a special occasion. It feels more like a quick-stop spot, perfect for grabbing a tasty bite on the go or taking it home.

Prices at Kiki's are somewhat reasonable, especially considering the generous portions and the quality of the food. You get good value for what you pay.

On August 8, 2025 - me and my friends went to the Kiki’s and we were trying to order a family size Kiki basket. Everything was okay, but the person who was on the register checking us out, I believe he was a young man; looked roughly like a teen. So basically, he didn’t know how to communicate with a customer obviously; we were tryna speak with him about the food and what was on the menu however, he was very quiet and would ignore us, but then, I asked him for a cup of water, and he gave me 1 and then I asked for 3 more for my friends and I think he was annoyed by us. Anywho, after that; as any teenager like us or anyone would do; me and my friends took a cup of lemonade from the fountain drink machine and then when he caught us doing that, he simply “pressed” us and said “I’m gonna charge you for that, cause that’s for water” and then he quickly charged me for like a dollar or something which is not a problem or anything but the importance is to treat the customer right, we know we’re in the fault but so you should learn to treat customers right and learn customer service. After he did that gesture, we originally was gonna eat inside but then my friends felt uncomfortable and we got take out… but overall the food was...

So I went to Kiki's on Arden way and I felt disrespected Marie V said I was ignorant I ordered food and then like 6 orders came in after me and was served before me. I asked for extra meat on my salad and although I was charged I didn't get the extra meat and I just felt like I was on the wrong side of town and the wrong color to be in that establishment my husband and I will not be back glad there are other locations. Too Fat and Educated to be treated like that....
