Not the best, not the worst. What I do love about this particular Starbucks is that they have a drive-thru and their late night hours are convenient for those who love late night coffees or for customers like myself who work graveyard shifts. They've gotten my order correct almost every time except once so I've no complaints on that, especially since I tend to request soy due to my lactose intolerance. I always use the mobile order so the only time I've interacted with the employees is when I'm picking up my order, although I'm forced to use the drive-thru when I head to work at 2am because they close their lobby, I assume for safety reasons. Sometimes the mobile orders work at that time and I just patiently wait at the drive thru to pick it up but if it doesn't work, I have to order and wait just like everybody else. They've never disappointed me with my drinks and their timing for my mobile orders. They've always made it within the estimated time frame, even if they're busy, and conveniently place it in the pickup area with the correct labeling. Sometimes, when they get really busy, the baristas stop paying attention to you and you really have to make yourself known because they tend to be looking down or away or focused at the drive thru so if they mess up your order or miss a request (like sriracha packets for my sous vide egg bites), you'll have to verbally make yourself known to voice your concern. There was only one time where I placed a mobile order with two drinks and they utterly forgot to make one of them so I had to wait longer for them to make my drink; I was vaguely annoyed but it was not so awful that it deters me from continuing to visit here. Other than the staff occasionally lacking with their service, this place is great to go to if you like the drinks/snacks/desserts, which always tastes delightfully sweet, well blended, and/or scrumptious (the frappucino, macchiatos, lattƩs, refreshers, pastries, egg bites I can all vouch that they taste good for what...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe young alternative guy with the tattoos was uber kind one night I came in for a bar of chocolate. However, on a more busy day the young, alternative girl -- who completely butchered my basic white girl name, and my simple " tall, black ice coffee, no ice" and gf sandwhich, no bacon desired to basically, kind of argue(ish) with me--er or re explain like 6 Times about my gf sandwich being baked in a non- gluten free ovenwhile I kept re stating I didn't care, and kept telling me her friend needed it to be done another way bc of a rash issue, and me explaining not I, its ok. Like, yes its a real autoimmune disease we have, but i just want foooodddd now, dyyingg!! Its just THE LAST THING I, and the LONG line out the door wanted to deal with after a, hellishly busy 8 hr holiday shift, on extremely little food --gluten free food, mind you! However (x2), she made my simply complicated order right!!(thanks!!!) but I can't help to think i tried so darn hard to be swift, but had to almost RE-explain my irritated bowel disease while ppl waited, for the 9 millionth time in my lovely healthy-ass life šš„ instead of being able to be swift, and casual; like the Starbucks on Fulton let's me be when I order the same thing... this rant is more or less anger about having to say anything after ordering gluten free food--ever, not as much about the experience itself, so no beef--or gluten and pork. Oh also, I saw you spit in my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would like to point out that I fully understand that some places are understaffed, overwhelmed, and just not in a great environment: however, going into Starbucks this morning 2/10/22 @8:41am the very first thing I hear in a room full of customers - is an employee yell at another employee āCan you stop yelling I canāt hear this guy talkā. I was so applauded and in disbelief. This employee (male) was taking an order from a customer at the cashier that was clear ways away from the employee (female) who was handing out (reading out loud) customer orders that the other end!! The look on that poor girls face I was just so Iām shook! The disrespect- he could have easily pulled her aside and said hey itās difficult to hear somethingās or something I donāt know but in FRONT of all customers and staff. That should NOT be allowed! Also when it was my turn to take my order, once I finished it - they employee (another male employee) dismissed me when I asked if everything went through (meaning my payment from the Starbucks app) and he brushed me off and pretty much gestured move along lady! This Starbucks is in serious need of some customer service training because my god- that is not how I would like to be treated as an employee or as a customer! I couldnāt get their names because they were moving a lot. Do...
