Not the best, not the worst. What I do love about this particular Starbucks is that they have a drive-thru and their late night hours are convenient for those who love late night coffees or for customers like myself who work graveyard shifts. They've gotten my order correct almost every time except once so I've no complaints on that, especially since I tend to request soy due to my lactose intolerance. I always use the mobile order so the only time I've interacted with the employees is when I'm picking up my order, although I'm forced to use the drive-thru when I head to work at 2am because they close their lobby, I assume for safety reasons. Sometimes the mobile orders work at that time and I just patiently wait at the drive thru to pick it up but if it doesn't work, I have to order and wait just like everybody else. They've never disappointed me with my drinks and their timing for my mobile orders. They've always made it within the estimated time frame, even if they're busy, and conveniently place it in the pickup area with the correct labeling. Sometimes, when they get really busy, the baristas stop paying attention to you and you really have to make yourself known because they tend to be looking down or away or focused at the drive thru so if they mess up your order or miss a request (like sriracha packets for my sous vide egg bites), you'll have to verbally make yourself known to voice your concern. There was only one time where I placed a mobile order with two drinks and they utterly forgot to make one of them so I had to wait longer for them to make my drink; I was vaguely annoyed but it was not so awful that it deters me from continuing to visit here. Other than the staff occasionally lacking with their service, this place is great to go to if you like the drinks/snacks/desserts, which always tastes delightfully sweet, well blended, and/or scrumptious (the frappucino, macchiatos, lattƩs, refreshers, pastries, egg bites I can all vouch that they taste good for what...

The young alternative guy with the tattoos was uber kind one night I came in for a bar of chocolate. However, on a more busy day the young, alternative girl -- who completely butchered my basic white girl name, and my simple " tall, black ice coffee, no ice" and gf sandwhich, no bacon desired to basically, kind of argue(ish) with me--er or re explain like 6 Times about my gf sandwich being baked in a non- gluten free ovenwhile I kept re stating I didn't care, and kept telling me her friend needed it to be done another way bc of a rash issue, and me explaining not I, its ok. Like, yes its a real autoimmune disease we have, but i just want foooodddd now, dyyingg!! Its just THE LAST THING I, and the LONG line out the door wanted to deal with after a, hellishly busy 8 hr holiday shift, on extremely little food --gluten free food, mind you! However (x2), she made my simply complicated order right!!(thanks!!!) but I can't help to think i tried so darn hard to be swift, but had to almost RE-explain my irritated bowel disease while ppl waited, for the 9 millionth time in my lovely healthy-ass life šŸ˜‚šŸ˜„ instead of being able to be swift, and casual; like the Starbucks on Fulton let's me be when I order the same thing... this rant is more or less anger about having to say anything after ordering gluten free food--ever, not as much about the experience itself, so no beef--or gluten and pork. Oh also, I saw you spit in my...

I would like to point out that I fully understand that some places are understaffed, overwhelmed, and just not in a great environment: however, going into Starbucks this morning 2/10/22 @8:41am the very first thing I hear in a room full of customers - is an employee yell at another employee ā€œCan you stop yelling I can’t hear this guy talkā€. I was so applauded and in disbelief. This employee (male) was taking an order from a customer at the cashier that was clear ways away from the employee (female) who was handing out (reading out loud) customer orders that the other end!! The look on that poor girls face I was just so I’m shook! The disrespect- he could have easily pulled her aside and said hey it’s difficult to hear something’s or something I don’t know but in FRONT of all customers and staff. That should NOT be allowed! Also when it was my turn to take my order, once I finished it - they employee (another male employee) dismissed me when I asked if everything went through (meaning my payment from the Starbucks app) and he brushed me off and pretty much gestured move along lady! This Starbucks is in serious need of some customer service training because my god- that is not how I would like to be treated as an employee or as a customer! I couldn’t get their names because they were moving a lot. Do...

Typically a trip to Starbucks brightens up my day with their friendly and welcoming environment. Today on the other hand was not the case. I’m healing from having my wisdom teeth extracted so I can’t eat solids and I felt like I was a bother to the cashier who was a young stout gentleman. I’m not quite sure if he was tired or what but when I go to Starbucks I like to have the personalized experience and one of my favorite things is hearing my name called as if we’re friends. The gentleman that took my order didn’t seem to care for my name. He didn’t ask and didn’t offer me my receipt so that I could know his. As I’m waiting in the lobby I hear 4 different people get called up by name and greeted warmly. The same cashier seemed to be familiar with a regular customer and even sent the older gentleman off with a ā€œsee ya next time Jack. have a nice day.ā€ When my drink was ready the gentleman called up the drink by it’s menu name and proceeded to head to the back staff area without so much as an acknowledgement. I’m not sure if maybe I just didn’t fit the ā€œdemographicā€ of what they’re used to but it made me not want to give them my business in the future. Please do better.

A couple of us visited this Starbucks on Arden on a Friday around 2pm, after doing some shopping nearby. BIG MISTAKE. The place was largely empty. Music was blaring. We waited at the counter for a while but nobody could be bothered to wait on us. We ended up leaving. Starbucks WAITERS assume the fancy title of "Starbucks Barista", making them sound more important than the coffee servers they actually are... AT LEAST AT THIS STARBUCKS, where they don't even have the training or supervision to "wait"! AVOID! (I only leave 1 star reviews for establishments that truly EARN that dubious distinction.) ATTENTION "Starbucks (owner)": please don't waste our time by replying to this review with one of your form letter responses. We will not be back under any circumstances. I suggest you devote your resources to not going out of business.

I have a regular starbucks i visit daily, so trying a new location always gives me a slight feeling of anxiety. My usual starbucks, right when I walk in they know me they know what im ordering and it comes out perfect and the price is the same. When i go to another starbucks I always have a pricing issue and theres either tooo much ice or not enough ice. First off, this location line was long, secondly, it took awhile for the drinks to be pushed out, Lastly, the bathroom was a mess. So I wont be coming back.
