This little hidden gem has fantastic food and friendly service. Food takes a bit of time, but it's all made to order so worth it as it is super fresh and delicious. The reason it only gets 4 starts from me is that the dining room needs some love. If they have enough business to spruce it up a bit, it would certainly get 5 stars. But I think most of their business is local takeout, so that may not happen....

It was like walking into my abuelita’s cocina. Small, familiar aromas, really felt like home. Don’t let the small space fool you!!! The food was amazingly authentic and traditional! I had a small bowl of menudo and sampled three different tacos! Cachete, carnitas and carne Asada, all so good. Homemade corn tortillas! Bonus! Can’t wait until next time. The owners were so friendly! Five star...

You know when you have to enter from the side or through a store to get to the restaurant in the back the food is going to be amazing. This is a legit whole in the wall.
