I have been suffering with tooth pain for over 8 years. I had a molar that was broken, it was hard to eat, drink and sometime even think. I'm a mom to four young children and on most days the pain was unbearable.

I went to chico ampla numerous times and eventually made my way to Dr tatlas family dentistry. Dr tatla drilled my tooth out " to help me get out of pain" then never finished the root canal. I did not want a root canal, I had asked him to remove it and he refused.

Fast forward almost a year with no help from any local dentist and now I have the most severe jaw infection. I go back to ampla chico, they say I have an infection "starting" and they aren't comfortable pulling my molar. They could refer me to a orthopedic surgeon buy they don't take my insurance so it would be pointless. This was after Vicky up front told me that they wouldn't even see me for a week and if I came in for a walk in I'd sit all day without being seen. Which wasn't true, I think Vicky needs a new profession. Also the " dentist" at chico ampla, if they can't pull a tooth why are they working dentistry?

I called Oroville ampla and they got me in the next day. Dr Gill looked at the xray that chico ampla took and told me I have a huge infection and advised me of everything he could do to save my tooth. After telling him that I didn't want the tooth, he told me he would pull it for me. Then told me all the risks there are to pulling such a large tooth. He directed me to continue my antibiotics and that he would pull it in a week. I was literally counting the minutes.

Monday rolled around, I showed up for my appointment and he made sure I was completely numbed up and properly pulled my tooth out! The problem is gone thanks to the competent dentist Dr Gill. I very much appreciated him doing his job and actually listening to my request. I was losing faith in the dentistry system but Oroville almpa has once again restored it. I will be going to Oroville ampla for all my dental needs....

I have been going to Ampla for years now. I first was only doing the arc program which saved my life and has kept me clean ever since I have been going to Oroville ampla. My Dr Asafa offered me to be my primary care physician. I was over the hill thrilled. I have found out so much with all the bloodwork we've done. He also addresses everything I bring up to him. He doesn't forget anything at all or doesn't disregard whatever I say. I recommend him to everyone, but he is a Dr that is booked out I believe so it would be a couple months wait, but way worth it! All the staff and nurses know me and my kids because I don't always have a babysitter. The nurses has went as far as taking my kids while I could get my appointment done, they have no idea how much I hold that near and dear to my heart. I have been to Chico ampla when I was living there and called Oroville if I could come back and see them again because Chico was terrible and do not care about anything you bring up. Oroville had me in the very next day when Chico told me that I wasn't allowed to switch back to them. Sorry this is such a long review, but I needed to explain how amazing this clinic truly is. They are pretty much like friends to me or even family. I love Oroville...

He is keen on setting a plan and following through. He is very flexible and understanding as well.He actually cares. He has such a workload, and he always walks in with a great attitude and a beautiful smile on his face. I am so grateful to have him as my doctor. I am exceedingly abundantly blessed I couldn’t have asked for a better one.

Chris is my counselor . He’s very knowledgeable. He’s a busy guy. He is relatable. He is a professional all the way around. He too is very understanding and flexible. He always has amazing insight and input to give me at every visit. It’s never too much to ask if you need any kind of extra assistance or flexibility. It’s an incredible thing to have these days. I am so appreciative.. exceedingly abundantly blessed.
