There is a reason this place is loosing its business.

Today we went in like normal for our personal doughnut's except it was my boyfriend’s birthday so he was excited for his fav doughnut. I get asked what my boyfriend and I are getting. I told her i think we are just getting a few. She was irritated right away “are you getting a dozen? 6? You need to tell me” He told her he wanted the Maple Doughnut Bar filled w Cream (per usual) She said “well we don’t do that” He let her know that was a lie because he gets it all the time w the extra Charge. “Now why would I fill this for you when we have these pre filled doughnuts right here? You think I’m going to go back there to do this for you? I’m not” He explained that he doesn’t understand & that he just wanted his doughnut for his birthday & she doesn’t have to be so rude. She then LAUGHED at his face, literally. & said “yeah? Well happy birthday good for you” while she was walking Tords the back to fill the doughnut like we originally asked. We changed our mind & started to leave. She expressed how happy she was w us leaving & he told her it’s all about “simple customer service”

This was COMPLETELY random act of rudeness. We came in w smiles & good attitude. I would understand if we came in w bad moods but we didn’t. I now understand why people are complaining about this location after all these years. I have not just had one experience, I have had many. This place has been around for many many, many years that the love, loyalty and respect that they have for everybody in the public is amazing. I've been living in the Antelope area for about 17 years and it's the same donut place that I've been going to because donuts haven't always agreed​ with me. They don't use as much oil or maybe the way they fry it to where it doesn't upset my stomach. I love their glazed buttermilk bars the best because they just melt in my mouth but I also love a couple of their other kinds that I am going to stay quiet on because they're mine. Not to mention the ladies that work with us customers are absolutely amazing. I've never met a place where people actually enjoy their job so much and wear a smile on their face everyday. I have to take my 14 year old in there quite often for special treats. Luckily enough he's underweight so hopefully this will add some meat on his bones. I’m a run coordinator for the city of Sacramento. I host 5K, 10K, and half marathon events. I called ahead of time and the associate on the phone answered all of my questions promptly.

Upon arrival, Kim assisted me with placing my order. I made an order for 12 dozen donut holes for a donut run event. Kim was kind and professional; I was shown what type of donut holes they had. We made a custom order of an assortment of donut holes.

I was told my order would be ready the following morning between ~5-5:30 AM. I picked up my order the following morning around 5 AM with no issues at all.
