McDonald's — Restaurant in California

My friend and I went to this drive-through fast food restaurant and ordered four cups of coffee and four servings of ice cream. After paying, the employee gave us four ice cream cones, but unfortunately, we couldn't hold anything else at that moment, so we politely asked for the cups to hold the ice cream cones. Despite our request, the employee named Jennifer continued to hand us four cups of coffee, even though she saw us holding four ice cream cones. We asked again for a container for the cones, and Jennifer told us they were out of cups.

We were very surprised to hear that McDonald's didn't have cups. What shocked us even more was that Jennifer claimed there were no cups available, even though we saw her was clearly making another drink, so how could she say there were no cups? We were shocked and frustrated by this situation. I even suggested that they had coffee cups, and Jennifer replied that it would cost extra. It was a perplexing experience, and Jennifer either had no knowledge of the situation or deliberately created trouble for customers. We have never encountered such difficulties before when ordering at other McDonald's locations.

We hope the management of this specific store will take notice and invest in training their staff to provide better customer service. I may share this interesting incident with my friends and family, emphasizing the encounter with the unhelpful...

Sub par even for a McDonald's. I knew it was there, but at night time you may not, due to the light in the iconic Golden Arches being burned out or not turned on, nor the parking lot lights. We looked for a clean table, and they all seemed equally grimy. The trash cans were all overflowing. We were there for about 10 minutes when another group came in and were filling their beverages. The drink machine sounded like a warning buzzer!!! A healthy drink machine doesn't make noises like that!!! Connected to the "WiFi, and, while they have it, it doesn't appear to be actually connected to the actual internet. If I had at that point considered writing a review, I would have taken a screen shot of the "connection issues" message.

There's a pretty cool mural of the McDonald's characters, but being in a heavily Latino area it might be taken by some (not me) to be racially insensitive, or the latest buzz words "Cultural appropriation."

Typical McDonalds. Went to the drive thru however they must've been having issues because we did not move for 10 minutes, the second drive thru was closed. Decided to cut out, park and order inside. Used the app and ordered 10 piece chicken McNuggets using the 50% offer. Also order a cheese burger and a small coke. The McNuggets were fresh and hot, I had them with bbq and hot mustard sauce. The cheeseburger was just ok and the coke lacked ice. The self-serve soda dispensary was unavailable and you have to get refills going to the counter. This location has the kiosks to place your order. Bathrooms are available, will need to request the code to get in. Sitting arrangements vary depending on need. Parking is plentiful as well as having a wheelchair accessible entrance. Again a typical McDonalds, some locations have blown my mind with the freshest of food, but this location...
