McDonald's — Restaurant in California

The self service menu kiosks were broken. Yet, they didn't tell anyone or put up a sign just let people order and then when you tried to pay it said it couldn't complete the transactions so you had to go to a register. No one was at the register so we had to stand and wait even though employees were walking past and looking right at us we were completely ignored until the manager came around and had to tell an employee to help the line of people waiting. Once the employee completed our order she handed my husband 1 drink cup then walked off without saying a word. Manager came by again and I asked him for my iced tea and I was then informed that the employee had gone to get it. She never said a word just literally walked away. We were given a table tent with our number on it for our order. Normally this means they will bring you your food. Instead the same employee screamed at us across the restaurant that our order was ready so we had to go get it and bring the table tent to her. Ketchup dispensers also were not working and also had no out of order notice. Had to go back to the counter to ask for ketchup packets. Also, I promise you if I had entered the bathroom before I ate I would have left right away. I have never smelled a room so disgusting with HUGE knats and bugs flying around all the stalls. Like the kind you see in bars flying around old alcohol. I made sure not to touch anything literally. Was holding my breath hovering over the toilet. Thought I was going to throw up and that is no joke. I have never seen or smelled anything like it. Also, manager and employees kept yelling at each other across the room asking questions and giving orders and making jokes. Laughing loudly and continuously, don't get me wrong it's important to have fun at work but not at the expense of customers and things that need to be done. Extremely unprofessional and completely disgusting...

this is a large McDonald's with lots of parking it's setup for travelers on the 5 Freeway the major North and South Route from California on up this McDonald's is close to my work so I've been here a few times I have found some issues the people behind the counter are not the best or at least not what you would expect from McDonald's there's one young lady there in the mornings when I normally go there she appears to have some kind of disability but she doesn't really wait on you she asks you to use the kiosk right there doesn't really know what she's talking about takes forever and this isn't just on one occasion this is every time I don't want to be rude so I just go through the motions the last time I was there I ordered a combo bacon egg and cheese biscuit with the coffee I also added another biscuit to it my total was like 11 bucks and she tells me she doesn't have any change so she rounds it up to $12 my food order I was waiting for an honest 5 minutes I look at the sign and they have a special for two bacon egg and cheese biscuits for four bucks and I just spent 11 got burnt out of my change to make it 12 another lady comes up I asked her about the combo and she was like that's not what you ordered I know that's not what I ordered obviously help me out they didn't get it I asked for my money back as soon as I got it ran out front to my car hit the drive-thru got my two biscuits for four bucks and got away as fast as I could this was Mother's Day I remember now I was on my way somewhere so I hit the freeway right after I can honestly say I've never had a good experience here I don't frequent McDonald's anyway so unless I need a coffee and this is the most convenient route I'll...

Unfortunately I have i give this location a one star. Especially considering the situation as soon follows.

We ordered three things through the drive-thru at 6:30am coming south from Oregon to visit my Grandfather after my Grandmother just passed. Our order was small. Large black coffee, bacon and cheese McGriddle, and sausage egg McMuffin.

Shortly after receiving the order we opened the bag and discovered we had none of the (2) items ordered. The only thing correct was the coffee.

I was forced then to park and go inside. There I stood in a 15 minute line, with the wrong order in hand, because I was told by the employees to do so for the correction to happen (as though I was ordering for the first time).

Once I reached the front and explained the problem they asked me to wait to the side while the correct order was made. I waited another 15 minutes before receiving that corrected order.

All-in-all, I spent about 45+ minutes at this McDonald's location. Resultantly, I incurred HEAVY additional delays due to traffic (and one additional refueling stop) throughout the rest of my trip from Grants Pass Oregon to Palm Springs California to see my 93yr old grandfather.

I can not recommend anyone go here if they expect to get the food or other items they ordered correctly or quickly. With quickly being emphasized, relatively speaking, as this is a 'fast-food' restaurant and nothing was 'fast'...
