McDonald's — Restaurant in California

I'm not usually the one to complain about fast food restaurants because, well, it's fast food.

This is not our first time ordering here, but this location is getting ridiculous. We ordered two meal deals through the app, one with McDouble and the other with BigMac. The person at the drive-thru definitely sounded like he hated his life. I get it. It's 11 pm on a Saturday night, you're tired and exhausted, and you probably don't want to deal with fatso like me, but couldn't you at least sound a bit more like human?

The food quality is bad, like the worst out of the other McDonald's in the 626 area. Fries are old and soggy with a weird taste, half of them is cold, and the other half is lukewarm. Chicken nuggets are burnt. McDouble looked like it's been smashed by a fist. And the BigMac looked like it's been thrown together by a 2-year-old. Oh, and they're all cold, too.

I mean, there were just two cars in front of me and one behind, and the dine-in is already closed for the day. So I don't think you guys are that overwhelmed that you can't even do basic quality control? Or are you just trying to get rid of the expiring stocks? Either way, I already have a low bar for fast food restaurants, but you guys are setting a...

I usually don't write reviews especially negative ones, but I have to this time. After reading one other review I think the night shift might be stealing money. I went through the drive through last night and the girl said cash only then I ordered a big Mac she told me the total in person the price after tax was $4.84, so I gave her $10.84 but she gave me back $5.11 and dropped the change on the ground so I ask again how much was the burger, she changed her answer to $5.84 she said "the price changed". In my mind I'm like the price went up from the time I gave you the money to you give me back my change! I looked for the receipt but she didn't give me one. I wanted to called her back and asked her for one but she walked away already the whole time she looked confused. I was thinking it's only a dollar I don't want the extra trouble. On my way back I was thinking poor girl she must be really bad at math the machine must broke. This morning after looking at other reviews, I checked online for the price of big Mac $3.99, she was stealing...

Every Morning is a Gamble at This McDonald’s

I’m honestly fed up with this place. I stop by almost every morning because it’s convenient, but they never get my order right. I ask for a simple breakfast: hashbrowns and a sausage McMuffin (with scrambled eggs). Half the time, they forget the hashbrown entirely or hand me the wrong sandwich sometimes it’s a totally different burger I didn’t even order.

The worst part? I stopped asking for egg because they kept giving me the wrong type (regular cooked egg instead of scrambled). More often than not, they STILL throw the egg in and charge me for the sausage EGG McMuffin. I don’t understand why this happens so much, the receipt says NO EGGS. It’s plastered on the McMuffin. My order or two sausage McMuffins went from being ≈$8 to ≈$11 because of the eggs. I don’t like the eggs from McDonalds, I didn’t ask for eggs from McDonalds. Why am I paying for eggs I didn’t even ask for?

I try to be patient, I really do but when this happens over and over again, it just feels like they don’t care...
