McDonald's — Restaurant in California

I ordered on the app and picked up. I don't know if that made the prices lower But I was expecting the prices to have skyrocketed since The wage increase but it has not. So far. So for fast food the prices were nice. I got a $4 coupon for installing the app and using it for the first time which was fan freaking tastic. The chocolate chip cookies were the best cookies. They were warm and melty and amazing. The fries were salty and crispy and nothing is like McDonald's fries right? The only thing that I will never order again and that might make me not even return to McDonald's for a while was that nasty Spicy McChicken. I haven't eaten at McDonald's in about 2 years because of things like this. It just wasn't crispy and the sauce tasted literally sour. As though it has gone rancid I didn't know if that was how the sauce was supposed to taste or if it was indeed sour. So I took one bite out of it and just threw it back in the bag. The rest of the experience was pretty fantastic. I ordered on the app for curbside pickup. When I arrived I pulled in and told them what drive-thru parking spot I was in and they just brought it out to me. Due to the convenience and how good the rest of it was, I give it three stars. But because the Sprite was low on syrup, I got no napkins and the chicken tasted weird. I'm only given this situation...

I went to the McDonald's on 3037 Niles St in Bakersfield CA 93306 on March 6th, 2021 around 1:30 am. I had an Uber Eats order I went to the drive thru and gave the worker the name and the order number for the customer and the worker said your order will be ready when you drive up to the front window the line was very long and it was about 25 minutes just to go up to the window to pick my order for the customer. I had to contact the customer and tell them it was a very long wait, when I finally got to the window they said they didn't have the order after they told me that they were getting it ready. I then had to tell the customer that Mcdonald's had lied and did not have the order. They were very rude and unprofessional, this makes me look bad through my job and to the customer. These workers are not doing their jobs to get the customer's orders they just stand there and don't care about the customer's needs. Instead they stare at you rudely and give you an ugly attitude while arguing with you. The night shift needs to be trained how to treat customers with respect. Do not go here, this...

I don't too often time to McDonald's. Ever since McDonald's changed to the multi-serve drink dispenser at the drive-thru, soda has tasted like a suicide drink we used to drink when I was a kid. Hated it then really hate it now. And since I typically am always in a hurry I use drive-through instead of going inside. Since the sodas taste so horrible I typically won't stop to get food either. But here's the worst part. I've told the store numerous times along with friends who've also complained, and evidently nothing was done cuz nothing has changed. I've even written to the corporate office more than once. And here's the thing it's not just this Niles store it seems to be almost all stores. So over the years McDonald's has lost my business and when I'm in a hurry I'll pull through anywhere but McDonald's. The shame of it is I enjoyed their breakfast meals, quarter pounder with cheese was one of my favorite hamburgers and I enjoyed those often.
