The reasons why this establishment needs to be avoided: My online delivery was accepted than turned into a phone call from the establishment saying: “ We cannot deliver,. Your location is outside of our range. You will need to pick it up.” I already made delivery purchase prior to the call which was accepted, paid and had a tip attached as well. Now they put me into the predicament of not being able to cancel, but only to drive this pizza bell place and pick up my delivery. Well, $30 was my bill and if I wanted the food I only had two options: not to go and pick up the food I already paid for or to spend more money and buy food elsewhere. So, I drove to this pizza bell place. Once there, more obstacles appeared. They wanted me to pay for the food I ordered and paid online. In spite of me showing them the bill that has already been charged on my card for the very same order and a few back and forth discussions they finally accepted it and gave me my order. What happened to the tip I put towards the bill for the delivery that was refused after it was paid? The tip was also taken by this pizza bell place even though they made me drove myself and pick up my own food that was ordered, accepted and paid online. I live 11 minutes from this pizza bell place. The website accepted my order for delivery only to have it refused after they took my money. How was the food? Even if I had an amazing service and my food was delivered, I still would say the same about the food quality - I will NEVER eat their food again! My calzone was horrible. The presentation was nice for a pizza box but the taste was BAD. It was so gooey and filled with oils that were leaking from the sides. Tasteless. The desert I ordered was with raspberries. Again, VERY GOOEY pastry with the color and aroma or raspberry WITHOUT any true raspberries. Plus VERY OILY and filled with NOT raspberries. It only covered or try to cover the real taste of NO RASPBERRIES AND NO REAL CHEESE and other ingredients I paid for. Detrimental! If I had known what I know now. My advice for myself and all others would be this: I or you would be better off leaving $30 on the side of the road for someone who wants or needs it to pick it up instead of spending a dime on the food pizza bell offers and/or their service. P.S. Manager{?!} did not care and it all I tried to say fell in a deaf ears. Also, very...

We have had delivery from this location several times always hot, always good. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Today we thought we would try something different, so we drove to this location and ordered a pizza to go and bread twists to eat while we waited.

After 50 minutes went by, I asked what happened to the bread twists.

The girl was nice enough to go in back and check. I was told of a mixup and the bread stick had been boxed to go when the pizza was ready. In thier defense they did offer to give them to me at that moment.

Being the pizza should be done any minute I decline and decided to take them with us.

Five minutes later everything was given to us and we headed home 2.9 miles away.

So here is the thing, the bread twist made it home hot, but the pizza was literally the coldest pizza ever.

So if I waited 55 minutes for the pizza to be cooked and the bread twists had been boxed waiting for the pizza. How is the pizza cold and the bread twists hot??

I'm still giving them 3 stars because of the prior experiences. Aperently the just have difficulty communicating internally. From here on out, I will only order for deliver. Pizza bell is a good sponsor of local activities. My review isn't intended to discouraged your patronage, it's to encourage the management to step up...

My family will stop going here. Quality of food has been going downhill and now they are now charging 1.50 for a SMALL cup of ranch and you can’t even get ONE with the pizza. Last time we came it was dead on a Friday night and I have a feeling it is because of the crazy price for ranch especially since the pizza really isn’t that great without ranch smh. ( before this last visit we haven’t been there in 2 months because of these 2 issues ironically only came because I got a 50% off coupon since I haven’t been there in a while) I would suggest they re evaluate there whole ranch policy and let people on there list know when it changes because we won’t be back anytime soon after coming at least 2 times every month for the last 2 years. I understand prices are up everywhere but no other pizza place is refusing to give you at least one or two ranch’s with your $50 pizza order and if they do charge for EXTRA is is .50 cents a cup. Yeah it’s just ranch and a couple dollars but it is...

We ordered a medium combo and a small cheese from this place. It was fine, for the most part. Their basic crust is the bread-like style you'll find all over the US. Nothing really stood out about the sauce or other ingredients except for one thing. What is going on with these pepperoncinis? How am I supposed to eat these? Does anyone like stems on peppers? Seriously look at the picture I included. I ended up pulling them apart and spreading the pieces across my slices, but if you're gonna charge me $26 for a medium pie, at least prep the produce before you send it out. Yank the stems/seeds and slice them into rings maybe? Maybe not a big deal to some, but I see it as a serious foul mostly because I can't understand why you'd do it.

We were so excited this pizza place was still open so we could order. We haven't ordered since the reopening. My nephews were in town from Canada and one has a dairy allergy. He rarely gets to enjoy pizza due to this so we knew exactly where to order to get vegan cheese for his pizza. Unfortunately it was terrible! There was hardly any cheese on it at all!! As for the rest of the pizza it was ok... not like how it usually is. I think more than just the sauce changed even the crust tasted different. So bummed it just didn't seem the same as it used to be.

Haven't been here in 25 years. Wasn't sure what to expect but buying single slices and having the TV's was a great pizza dinning experience. The only thing I can add to my want list is a salad bar, maybe a bowl or bigger plate for the salads and the video games turned on but with Covid I know the salad bar isn't possible and the video games are probably in the same boat. Pizza was great!
