Pizza Guys — Restaurant in California

I've been on a Serrano Chili Pizza craze for awhile now. Every few weeks I'll get one from this location along with another specialty pizza for those less inclined to the taste of it. (btw there's a 2 specialty pizza for ~$34 with free 2L soda or pint of ice cream if you pick-up). These guys are fast. 1-2 minutes after placing an online order the system reports they're already making it. About 10 minutes later it's ready for pickup. This has been a pretty consistent experience for me. Of course this is every other two or so weeks so maybe I'm just missing peak time. But at the very least they don't forget about the...

This is the only pizza place that we order from and have been ordering from this location for many years and I have had a few problems but they have made it better but today they messed up my order and I tried to talk to them about it and they were so unbelievably rude to me I had to end up hanging up and I tried a couple of times to talk to them and I was very nice but they were continuously being rude until eventually i just hung up and had to deal with a messed up order. I will never order from this location again and possibly never from Pizza guys...all this on top of my order...

I love their Penne Cheese Marinara Pasta without Mozzarella cheese! Delicious especially with 25% off :)
