Pizza Hut — Restaurant in California

I just ordered and received a large pan pizza and large order of wings (22 or 20 pieces) from this location... the pizza was fine and what I expected, but the wings were literally INEDIBLE. I called into the location, and (apologetically I might add) told them that the wings were inedible as they were SO saturated with grease that the box that they were delivered in was completely saturated and soggy (despite the wings being in foil), the lid of the pizza box that they were stack on top of was SOAKED and after having set the box on top of the microwave for a short period of time (4 minutes or so), there was a pool of oil left behind.

I would not have given this sort of review had my call been fielded appropriately, but when I was explaining the situation to the customer service representative that answered the phone, I was cut off with a "Yeah, yeah, I get the picture, too much grease, fine. I will get the manager and you can talk to her..." which was a little off-putting. But the manager herself was the deplorable one; upon listening for a second, she tried to convince me that was I was eating wasn't oil! That the OIL all over the place and bursting from the two wings I tried to eat WASN'T oil... and then offered to send out more wings in an incredibly deprecating and unapologetic voice, as if it were somehow my fault that I could not stomach wings that were literally explosions of oil. I understand that her job is not an easy one, as most jobs in customer service and food/hospitality prove trying on one's patience at times, but her handling of this situation was deplorable. If I could give this rating less than one star I would; this was the first time in about a decade that I had decided to order from Pizza Hut, and to be honest, I was kind of excited as it is a nostalgic venue for me, but this will most likely...

The Pizza Hut was met with good quality standards as far as cleanliness and food preparation (time it took from placing my order to receiving my order as well as taste of the pizza). My problem was, when I asked about current specials they told me that the Large 1 Topping Stuffed Crust Pizza was 14.99 on special. I asked about the price of a medium 1 topping with not stuffed crust and they quoted me 12.99. Obviously I went with the stuffed crust large. I am disappointed that they only had given me one option as a special, never once mentioned anything about the specialty online prices (ie Large 2 Topping for 7.99 per current promotional offers). There are many of other pizza options in Sacramento, and I stopped going to Pizza Hut a while ago specifically because of their seemingly high prices (in my opinion) when compared to the many of the other pizza restaurants located in the area, especially the other 'fast food's pizza establishments. My opinion of pricing would be completely different, well is different, after seeing their great specials online. My point is, the staff seemed knowledgeable, so they really could have said something especially that they seen me playing on my Note 8 (I feel that it should've been apparent, or at least pretty apparent, that I had a means of accessing their...

Do NOT go here. I went to pick up my order at this pizza hut and stood there for a hot minute before anyone came up. Then, a guy came out and helped me. The guy told me that I was the only customer that day because they just got the cash drawer up and running since they were robbed earlier. We were talking, and then he rang up my total after grabbing my order. My total was $25.08 for two larger pizzas at buy one get one. I handed the guy $10 cash and asked if he could put the remaining amount on my card. He said yeah no problem. He asked if I wanted plates and napkins, which I replied yes. I thanked him and went on my way. As I got home, I noticed that he charged me the full amount on my card AND pocketed my $10 cash. I tried to call the store multiple times and no answer.
